My daughter's school used one of these buses for a field trip. My child left her gabb watch on the bus so I called to have them check the bus because it has gps and showed it was on the bus in the bus lot. Person in the office tells me to send him screenshots of location and he will look. 10 minutes later the watch is moving and I guess the bus went on another trip and I never heard back from the person in the office and it's been 2 days now!! Now I will probably never get my watch back and it was an easy go look and grab since it has gps and clearly showed it there!

Where to begin. Our group ordered 3 buses yet only two of them showed up and we had to wait roughly 30 minutes for the missing bus to show up. Then on the way to our destination one of the other broke down and we had to cram the students on that bus into the other two buses. And the issues don't stop there. We to wait 30 minutes for the replacement bus to arrive AFTER the designated time to leave despite the fact they had several hours to get a replacement to our location. The buses also ran red lights and done other traffic violations. Perhaps next time you should make sure you have the right number of buses, inspect your buses and check the habits of your bus drivers before sending them to a client. Thank you Certified Transportation, very not cool.

the bus driver didnt really talk to us, we were going to disney and buses came 30 min late. then when going we broke down middle of the freeway with 120 kids in 2 other buses. When coming back from disney, only 2 buses showed up and we had to triple up, not only that we ended up getting the 3rd but it was 30 mins late. one of the bus drivers took the bus through a residential neighbor hood, then drived over curbs and went 80 over the freeway. Double check about this company

If you need a bus ASAP this is the place to call totally. Called in need of an emergency bus and they showed up two hours later. Super epic.
