We moved CT to NC and the process with Drew Berg and Atlas could not have gone smoother. Drew came out to the house and gave us a formal estimate. During the packing process, we got rid of some big items, and we worked closely with Drew so he could provide us with a new estimate. He was always responsive and professional which made working with him a pleasure. Atlas was also great to work with. They showed up on the day and packed the truck with great care, wrapping the necessary items in blankets to ensure protection. The driver, Frank, was personable and very experienced, answering all our questions on the spot. They met us in NC at the storage facility as planned and unpacked the truck and filled the container with equal care. We highly recommend using them for your move.

Moving is a very stressful and miserable experience. The entire team at Certified Van Service from pricing the move, packing the house to the driver made the experience so pleasant. The ENTIRE team was incredibly professional, efficient and kind. We had an incredibly hard move that involved multiple drop off locations locally and out of state. We had to move general household goods as well as a lot of fine art and very heavy sculptures. They thought of every scenario and helped us think of things we could never have anticipated. For example, the driver, Mike, saved us by calling some storage units we had booked out of state ahead of time to confirm they could accommodate a large tractor trailer -- one of the units I booked couldn't accommodate the truck. That would have been a complete nightmare if he showed up and found that out on the spot. But that forward thinking allowed me to change to a storage unit that would work and saved us all a lot of stress. This is just once example of many that helped our move go so smoothly. We truly can't say enough amazing things about this company and their wonderful workers. We will definitely use them again with our future moves.

From start to finish, Certified Van Service and Atlas Moving were top-notch. Drew Berg was our point person in CT and came out to see what we were planning to move [when other companies we contacted simply asked us to guess at the amount of "stuff" we had]; the movers came when they said they would; they arrived at our house in FL when they said they would; all people involved were courteous, efficient, and understanding. We were extremely pleased with their service.

I am so pleased to recommend Certified Van Service of CT, Atlas Van Lines. I had to move quickly and I had to schedule 2 separate moves. When I called the company, they had a rep out the very next day. Drew Berg was terrific. He was kind, funny, and very quick to assess all the items and packing that needed to be done. He was able to keep the separate lists straight and he delivered 2 highly detailed estimates for the moves. The boxes were delivered quickly and 3 weeks later when the moving started it was a seamless process. The second move (to the house) was split into a Friday/Monday and I got the A Team for sure. Renan (sp.), Nico, Carlos and John were FANTASTIC! They were with me both days. They were endlessly cheerful and accommodating and somehow managed to transport way to much stuff into way too little space. Everything fit. There was never an issue, even when a lot of heavy items went into a throw floor attic. I cannot say enough about this team. They made an insane situation, sane. They are all just very special people. Thank you!!!

We moved from CT to MN which for us was a large complicated move with antiques, fossils and just a lot of stuff. Certified Van Lines of CT made the move so much easier than we ever expected.
