Cesar also does an excellent job of staying on top of any ongoing open items for closure to get the property ready for the market. I had no idea what I was doing during the home buying process and it was a lot more complicated than I anticipated until Cesar and I connected. He set up times for us to go look at different properties and had some good insights about the buildings and surrounding areas. When we found a condo that I really liked he helped me put in an offer and we got accepted!! From there he introduced me to a great mortgage lender that helped get all the financials in order which was a life saver. Cesar communicated well throughout the closing process and even had a gift basket for me when we finally got the keys! Overall I’d say the process was smooth and easy because of the hard work Cesar put in.

My family and I bought our first house together with Cesar and we were sooo lucky to have had him represent us. We dealt with difficult homeowners, but Cesar always found a solution and made us feel very secure through the whole process. Also, with our home being the only duplex in the neighborhood and during a hot housing market period, it was much harder to find a Home Value Estimator than expected.
