I recently hired this company to move my family cross-country. While I understand some of the issues, I can't recommend them. Here's why: I contacted them regarding an estimate. The initial estimate, based on pictures, was about $5,000. Frankly, I thought that was a bit low for a 3,000-mile move. I spoke with them, and they sent someone over to do an in-home estimate. After that, the estimate was closer to $10,000, which seemed more accurate based on the amount of stuff we had. So, I paid them a down payment and agreed to use the service. I'm not in the best of health, so I let them know we would need help packing. On the day of the move, they sent three men to pack and load up our stuff. While they worked quickly, they didn't work carefully. (More on that in a minute.) After they loaded the truck, they explained that we had more stuff than estimated. (What's the point of the estimate then?) The price went up again to $14,000. I was unhappy at the increase, but by that point, there wasn't anything I could do. When it came time for delivery, I was informed that they would be delivering our stuff on a 75-foot semi and that if it didn't fit into our neighborhood, that would be another $1,500. I had no choice if I wanted my stuff back. To a certain degree, I understand this, but no one bothered to explain in advance that it would be a 75-foot truck (they picked it up in a ~40-foot truck). Someone could have looked at a map ahead of time and warned me, but they didn't. So, I had to scramble to find another $1,500 in cash. Finally, they delivered our stuff. They quickly unpacked but didn't care too much about doing a good job. We had unlabeled boxes and broken items. Some items were well protected; others, not so much. They managed to damage my table, despite it being wrapped completely in a moving blanket. We have broken lamps, tables, and a box clearly labeled "glass" that was just shards by the time it arrived. They removed the ink cartridges from my printer and either threw them away or packed them in an unlabeled box. Perhaps worst of all, they use labels that don't come off without some kind of solvent. EDIT: Added a picture of the TV they destroyed. It was carefully wrapped, but they destroyed it anyway. White glove service! TL;DR: Don't use this company. They are too expensive and don't give a crap about packing properly. I've moved many times, but this is the worst company I've worked with. They WILL break your stuff because they care more about getting it done fast than they do about getting it done right.

Champion movers was amazing!!!! They did our move locally here in Las Vegas and the crew couldn’t have been better. They showed up right on time, were so collaborative and willing to help, and were very careful with all our items. Upon delivery, they took extra care to ask me where I wanted things, allowed me the time to move rugs around and try out different orientations so that I didn’t have to put in effort to move things later. Arturo was GREAT. So happy I booked my move with them.

Finally a moving company that knows what they’re doing! I had Ryan, Tommy and 2 other guys (forgot their names) they were extremely efficient, professional, carful and at the same time not wasting any time. They made sure to ask all the right questions prior to loading everything up and made sure to double check with about any item before (I had multiple drop off locations) What goes where. Couldn't ask for a better and more professional company. They truly live by their name - Champions!

The owner at this company is rude & entitled & has Horrible customer service When it comes to truck drivers trying to get in other docks in the same parking lot that they put their trailers in as well! I would never give them my business after dealing with him today trying to do my job. After he nicely, directed me down to the area I was supposed to be at, he carelessly parked his trailer across from where I was needing to dock, not allowing me to get into my dock and then proceeded not to do anything with the trailer in the dock for hours, Telling me I had enough room to back in... After an hour of trying and not being able to due to his trailer being in the way, And repeatedly communicating with them about it being an issue for us to do our job. He said he was not moving his trailer because of the way I was acting! Keep In mind, that was two hours after I was supposed to have had my load unloaded and not able to do so because of the ignorance of the owner parking his directly across from the dock i needed. So the awesome Hawaiian drink company next door offered to use his forklift to help us unload My load to get it into the dock directly across from where the champion trailer was inconveniently parked. Horrible Horrible Customer service inside their office as well. The ladies there have no consideration for people just trying to do their job and make it easy for everyone🤷🏻‍♀️😬 even Called The cops on me and tried to tell them I was chess passing when their company name was actually on my bol I have the first and they were the first company that I talked to trying to figure out where I was supposed to be that morning...
