Highly recommend. The two gentlemen that came to unload my U-Haul were fantastic. Super respectful, hard workers, and FAST. My family was so impressed with their work that they plan to use the company for their move in August. I had to change details about my move and Josh (owner) was accommodating and a joy to work with. Thank you!!!

Showed up on time but there was a miscommunication and they had to go back to get a moving truck. Everything was quickly sorted. I would recommend renting your own UHaul and saving $100. They were helping to move a kitchen table, chairs, and a couch. Unfortunately, the chairs and table were scratched while being moved. I gave them a towel to help protect the table. I should have asked in advance about furniture protection/wrapping. The table and chairs already had scratches so it was no big deal. My vinyl floor in the new apartment was also damaged. They offered to glue it back down but the damage will still be noticeable as my apartment complex inspects closely. I’ll have to pay for damages. All in all, they were nice, arrived on time, everything was moved, but items did get damaged. I will not be using their services again but do not regret trying them out.

Initially we were going to go through Hire Help to book moving help, but called and spoke to Josh to find it much cheaper going direct through them. Josh was very professional and answered all of my questions. On the day, the moving help guys Antonio and Josua kept us posted on their arrival time and when they arrived went straight to work. They were very professional and courteous. They were very careful with our items and even though there were three flights of stairs these guys could move! We were so pleased with how efficient they were. We are moving out of state and just wish you guys were around the country to help us at the other end. I would highly recommend this company and in particular Antonio and Josua - thank you gentlemen!

I relocated to the Atlanta area about a week ago and was initially nervous about selecting a moving company. However, Chap's Professional Movers quickly put my mind at ease. Both the helpers and office staff were extremely professional. On the day of the move, the movers were punctual and efficient.
