I was referred to Charles Wood & Son Moving, Inc. by a company I had used previously. I had to move to two separate locations and the locations were both challenges. I was so pleased with the whole process with my interactions with this company. Rich Greenberg and his team where professional, detail oriented and impeccable in their service. They were so careful with my furniture. It was packed/covered wonderfully and they were so hard working. I highly recommend them.

I previously had a terrible experience moving furniture into my split level home (with a different moving company). During that move, furniture, walls, and ceilings were all damaged. I had such anxiety when it came time to do another move. After reading reviews of moving companies online, I found Charles Wood & Son. I spoke with Barry and Rich throughout the process. They understood my concerns about the blind wall in my split level home that could prevent big pieces of furniture from fitting up the stairs. They came to my parent's home to measure the furniture and then to my home to measure the stairway and entryway. They were completely honest with me throughout the process. They helped me come up with a Plan B of how to get the furniture into my home (by removing the back sliding door) in the case that it couldn't fit up the stairs without getting scuffed. On the day of the move, they sent 4 guys who all worked very quickly and professionally. They were FANTASTIC!! They got every piece of furniture into my home without us having to take off the back sliding doors. Not a single thing was damaged or scuffed. I honestly could not be happier with their work. We needed to empty the contents of the first floor of our home to have floors redone. The service was excellent & the guys who came were so professional & qualified! They made us feel confident that nothing would be damaged. We were so pleased that we used the company again to move the furniture back in! Amazing!

The crew unloaded and unpacked my transpacific move, working as a contractor for the DOD. I was very impressed with their timeliness, professionalism, and efficiency. The crew even helped us find and unpack our vacuum so that we could properly lay and clean rugs before furniture placement. Highly recommend.
