Our 2 moving helpers were right on time. They communicated with us before arriving and made sure we were ready for them to arrive. Upon arrival, they quickly evaluated the situation and the moving materials we had on hand and began their work. The items were very bulky and difficult to load, but their experience and perseverance were no match for the "beastly furniture " Based on our experience, we would highly recommend this company for any type of moving.

I've done a lot of moving over the years, but this experience was BY FAR the BEST! The team was punctual, polite, and incredibly professional. They even seemed to have an instinct for where furniture should go based on the type of piece, which saved us a lot of confusion—even when we got mixed up ourselves! 😂 The entire process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to their expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommend! BEST MOVERS!!!

Unfortunately we will have to rescind our previous 5 star rating due to the fact that, during the move in FEBRUARY 2024 an expensive piece of medical equipment was damaged and we were told that someone would come to repair it the next day. That never happened. We have spent MONTHS attempting to get a response from someone at the company. FINALLY we did speak with someone TWO WEEKS AGO, who stated that the moving team was definitely responsible for the damage and they also had never reported it to the main office. Today, after us making several calls, over the last 7-10days, Jadon ( who by the way was very pleasant on the initial meeting and move date) showed up with a very nasty attitude and stated " this would have happened eventually anyway". After me pressing him about the "quick fix" ( and then told me "that's no different from what's on the other side, just call me if it comes off - as he turned his back and was walking away from me as I was speaking to him) he asked if someone would would be in the office 20 more minutes and we had already stayed past closing for his arrival. When I told him he could return on another day, he raised his voice stated he wasn't returning another day and stormed out of my office. This behavior is absolutely inappropriate, disrespectful and unacceptable. Needless to say I NEVER want Jadon in my place of business again, and I do hope the company will do what is right to rectify this situation

I had a terrible experience moving with this company in Charlotte, NC. Although I managed to book them at the last minute, everyone I interacted with was incredibly unprofessional. The movers were extremely careless—they forgot the boxes I had ordered, moved slow and spent most of their time chatting among themselves in the corners. The boss showed up but stayed in his car, casually chatting with the workers at intervals in the parking lot. When we reached the destination, the movers parked the truck on road and continued talking on their phones, leaving me waiting. Despite having a map, they claimed they couldn't find the building and wandered around aimlessly. The unloading process dragged on, with each mover blaming the other for the delay. What should have been a three-hour move ended up taking over six hours and I had to do a significant portion of the work myself. I felt completely ripped off. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company if you want to save time, money and energy. Hire someone professional instead.
