I utilized Charm City Movers services on July 18th, 2024. I required their assistance with 2 main rooms of furniture including glass as well as multiple televisions. I was assisted by Moses and Tank for my move. Moses and Tank were timely, professional, and courteous. They handled my belongings with care and moved quickly. I was more than pleased with the service I was received and would highly recommend Charm City Movers if you have a need to move furniture. I called the afternoon before I needed their services and was able to get scheduled for first thing the next morning.

I had a great experience with Charm City Movers! They were able to get all of my furniture into my new row home, even when it looked like some things wouldn’t fit they made it happen! They also carried my very heavy mattress and heavy dresser up the stairs no problem. The moving crew were also very polite, and fun to talk to! In addition, the scheduling and quote was easy and straightforward with no hidden fees. Would 100% recommend this company again.

We just moved from a house to an apartment and needed some help, we wanted to support local businesses; so after review we chose Charm City Movers. Darryl, Khalil, Henson, and Fetti assisted us with our move. These guys were AMAZING! Not only were they professional and efficient, but they were respectful and kind! They went above what I expected when hiring a moving company. If you want a smooth move you need to use this company!

I had a great experience from start to finish. Darryl, Henson, Khalil and Fetti were my movers. They were available sooner than initially offered and called to see if an early time would work for me. They arrived when they said they would and were polite and professional! I felt like they treated my stuff like their own. Quick, professional, efficient and great!

f -1 was an option that’s what I have chosen. Not everything was going to be removed from the apartment only my specific belongings . the move was somewhat a bittersweet affair, and I probably was a little more emotional than usual, one of the movers asked if he might, if he could ride with me back to my parents and moving would follow us,, 40 min ride, in which my furniture was going to be taken to. I thought myself weird but OK. Come to find out the gentleman wanted to ride with me so that he was able to smoke marijuana on the way to my parents house as he stated he would not have been able to smoke in the work truck. As the truck was pulling up my driveway I guess it was not able to clear some tall trees hanging branches. So upon entering the driveway, the truck was just tearing down limbs from the tree as it to enter the backyard, a good portion, a good portion of my father‘s hosta plants were run over by the truck. a month ago I was having a conversation with my old roommate, who had on moving day sent me a text message stating I’ve gone too far assuming it was because I had electricity turned off the day I moved out. After talking to him, it was NOT about the electricity. It was about his safe that was removed from the house that day. I blocked his number after the first initial text message sent saying I’m going too far and nothing else was brought to it until our reuniting. I had no idea that’s what he was reversing a missing safe which in fact had significant amount of cash. as soon as I realize this, I called charm rumors ASAP. The only people that I could’ve PHYSICALLY REMOVED THE SAFE that day was is one of the movers there’s no physical way I will be able to lift that safe out of that house even lift it up. Due to my emotional distraught, I believe the movers prayed on that hoping that I would not take notice of them removing it from the apartment I’ll be honest with you. I did not notice anything or was paying attention to what was being taken out of the house. My misfortune. when i called to speak to a manager and I needed a return Call ASAP and explain to them what was going on. So I returned the phone call again. The person that answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about so that was speaking to you never even questioned the staff about it or even being mentioned. Finally, someone told me that I have to wait till Monday to speak to some manager. I was getting more upset about this because I felt as if no one was treating this like any type of emergency or an important matter, which, in fact, it was a very important matter, I strongly believe that one of those four movers removed that safe from that apartment that day. I left the apartment and have not returned back. If I had to bet my life I guarantee one of the four if not all of movers have criminal records. When I called back again,they said that Felix was still not in, but I was sent an email. I don’t know if the email was incorrect or was ever sent, but it was never receive to this day nothing has been made of this incident or my missing safe. I did file a police report as charm city movers advised the police department informed me due to the nature of this alleged crime would more have to rely on the company rather than the police for any chance of safe recovery. My fear of continuing depress this issue is retaliation of these movers. Hence, the reason why I never called and complain about the plants being run over and the tree limbs being torn down. Sounds so crazy doesn’t it? It was like an episode out of the twilight zone. Again, I will say to this day after several follow-up calls at charm city I have never heard back from Felix. I have never heard any type of investigation was going to go on terms. I’ve never heard an apology explanation. Nothing. Mind you I would not make such accusations unless I felt enough behavior evidence had procured me too
