I hired this company to do a move cross-country from Arizona to Michigan Rian the sales rep said they were the best A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau. All lies lies. I decided to use this company because of their high rating first I was quoted one price and said it may change some when the movers got here, the movers said it was gonna be $195 more. We agreed to it at 1 AM in the morning after the truck was loaded. They told me your final price it was $1700 higher than what I was quoted and I was told if I do not pay that , they will unload the truck in my driveway and Leave. I was forced to pay this higher amount. This was on July 6. They said they would be to Michigan at my house no later than July 12. I was getting no response from them on what was going on and on July 17 the driver called me and said will be there on Friday the 19th When they showed up, they forced me to pay them before they would unload the truck and then kept saying all your stuff is insured as they were bringing all my stuff in busted and broken. All they kept saying is I’m sorry we have insurance. The biggest issue is most stuff, I’ve been collecting for years and they did not take care of stuff. They treat it like it was garbage. All my furniture was ripped up busted it was horrible I wish Nobody Has to experience what I experience with this company they lied to me and treated my stuff like it was trash and then after they brought all my stuff and busted and broken, they were like you need to tip us. This has to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with Run from this company it’s all lies bait and switch

The Max and the Jack both did a great job. They show how to work together in a way that gets good results. The way they handled my items was very careful. After carefully packing my things, they quickly brought them to my new house. The staff was nice and willing to help. This place even let my dog stay. Help me tell people about these workers!

I was nervous about the move from FL to NY, leaving our city and moving over two hours away to a new place. I highly recommend Charter Van Lines and its team. Max was calm and reassuring, telling me everything would be okay, and they would take good care of everything. They quickly loaded everything, arrived just after us at the new location, and began unloading. They made sure everything went to the right room and helped me figure out how to fit things since we downsized.

Excellent budget friendly service I would recommend to anyone who needs help. I'm 65 years old from Wisconsin and i don't have much family or money. I'm retired now and I couldn't deal with this cold weather anymore. I was so scared and worried about how i was going to didn't know what to do. I spoke to a guy name Kevin, and boy let me tell you how grateful I am for that phone call. He was very Professional, intelligent and helpful. He was such a pleasure to deal with and I'm not a easy guy to deal with here. He was there every step of the way until my stuff got delivered in Florida. I probably spoke to a about 10 people about my move, but I chose Kevin. because, you can tell he really just wanted to help me. Excellent service guys. I appreciate the help and thank you for taking special care of my stuff.
