These days since online everything is so much convenient and readily avilable for most businesses and for consumers or clients, except banking system that on would prefer to gofor betterservice andgood experince other than most important hassel free easy quick work done. But this particular bank of chase has some over worked busy and irritable staff behind each cubicle. One person say one thing and the other person denies it. I went there to open and account after taking appointment and then waiting to be atteded on time. The manager told me that I need to show more documents on top of my drivers license, citisen shi cert, birth cirt, med ins card and the actul cheque with signifcant amount that also had my full name and address on it. But all that wasnot sufficient for her to open an account. Not only that the cheque was also from JP morgan and chase bank account holder. Also when i asked her if i can get that cheque cashed? She told me she cant as the she cant cash anything more than 2k . ????lol this bank is in san jose downtown ca. Idk but i think employees like these are bad for businesss. Specially banking.

Chase bank located on South East Fernando St. poor customer service tell it was unwilling to help me I wanted to make a payment. She was unprofessional and had a bone stuck to her top lip. Please do not go to that branch. They treat everyone unprofessional they think everyone is a thief we’re all not ghetto.
