Had our move planned for two weeks , heard all the rumors about shady tactics. We got reassurance none of that would happen to us. On the day of the move they were supposed to arrive between 12-5. Around 4:30 I get a call from’John’ says they had to get a different truck because we added some items. We had informed them of the additional items well ahead of time so shouldn’t have been a surprise. They finally arrived at1am 🤷‍♂️ walk through the house for maybe 2, minutes, didn’t measure anything. Disappear into the truck for 20+ minutes, I was about to ask if they were ok. They come back in and start by saying the cubic feet was going to be more than we estimated. I had been told the only change in price would be at $3/cf. Then !John’ tells me that the price that started at $3,600 that went up to $5600 after our final inventory check the day before arrival was now $9800😟 like an additional $4000?? Says if we don’t agree then we will lose the $2000 deposit we already paid. This was a subcontractor not a real Cheetah carrier. I suggest asking first if it’s a contractor or a subcontractor. Now stuck with a pile of boxes and no truck. Thanks Cheetah…Not!

When they showed to do our move, they refused to accept the quote we were given. They demanded more money for items that were on our list. When they got to our destination, they wanted more money to unload the truck despite everything being in our quote. Would not accept our credit card or certified check that we were told to have and use. Had to find an alternative way to get money to pay them Terrible company!!

Horrible, scam artist at its fullest. We went from California to Missouri and they got 44k from us in all. They scared us from the beginning. Said they could fit it all in the small truck they brought and couldn't. Truck is now full and we had to pay for 2nd and 3rd truck. What else we gonna do after they have all our stuff. Then we had to leave things behind cause they said it wouldn't fit. Washer, dryer, collector book shelf and 3 bikes. Bit I gave bikes to one of the guys and they sure fit then. Sons bed came broken other small things broken. And funny thing is they packed all this in a semi that took half of it with someone else's stuff and it all would have easily fit in the trucks they brought to pick it up in. They are the worst. Every other moving company we spoke to after said it should've been half that cost.
