Love this place. Laurie is a doll and a straight shooter and will get you set up ASAP. She will keep on top of things and make them very very easy for you. The electrician was a very sweet young man who did his job quickly and very capably, and was a pleasure to deal with. The price was reasonable and the device works just as intended, and has brought relief and ease to the ones who must use it. It doesn't take up much space, folds back easily, is not an eyesore, and was set up very quickly from when we did the intake call. The inspection and estimate was quickly set up and easy to understand, and was explained in perfect detail. This process was a piece of cake, and it was a pleasure doing business with Laurie and the crew.

This company and staff are so Kind. When I explained our situation some came out same day to look of the site and the ramp was installed within 2 days. They are considerate of your needs, they also let us rent a ramp on a monthly basis which made it easy for us to afford. Laurie was our contact person, and she is amazing. I will forever grateful for all them @ 101 Mobility.

Thank you to Laurie & Rick & staff for a great experience with 101 mobility! Due to an unexpected health issue for a family member that required a ramp at home I was honestly lost when looking into this type of rental Laurie is beyond an amazing person for guiding me and helping with my rental. Along with dealing with the ramp she would always ask how my family member was doing and how I was doing. I highly recommend 101 mobility for quality , customer service, price and overall a great experience- if I could rate my experience a 100% I would Thank you Raquel

Great, amazing, very reliable service. Rick, Laurie, and tech Thomas are caring, helpful, patient, and very understanding. Works with you and the family on best options to get all your home modifications needs to help the disabled and caregivers. Would highly recommend 101 Mobility of South Chicago if you want the best all around service. Don't look around for any others you will be satisfied if you choose them.
