Chipman Relocation Services/United Movers have been an absolute pleasure to work with. From my initial estimate over the phone with Michael Linares, to the amazing Jamie Baleno, everything was handled so smoothly. I decided to do pods to move with, but did not want the hassle of packing it all myself. On the day of the move Jamie checked in with me several times, then the movers showed up. Super professional and friendly, they were amazingly efficient and got it all packed up very quickly. The move from CA to GA happened very smoothly, and then I had everything in storage for 5 months. Rates were reasonable and comparable to companies out here, but I did not have to do anything except pay the monthly bill. When it came time to deliver Jamie coordinated that again for me, and the items arrived on the truck. Two movers moved everything into my house where I asked them to put it. Couldn’t ask for better, and highly recommend this entire team!!

Had a great experience working with Jamie B, who was very responsive, friendly, and kept us updated throughout our move. Everything was organized well and clearly outlined for us. Our belongings arrived on time and without damage- would definitely use them again in the future!

Terrible service, impossible to get a quote from them. They first gave be a range of prices that seemed to me a little high at first. When I later told them that I wanted to actually consider a quote in that range of prices they started to have an attitude and talk to me like I would not be able to pay for their "high quality, high prices services". We ended up fighting over the phone and I never got a quote from them. So unprofessional.

As a storage facility manager, my experience with the movers was very unprofessional. Movers were rude, blocking access by other customers and even parking rented truck in driveway behind other customers trying to leave. When asked by manager to move, laughed and disregarded all requests. Driver stated it was too far for them to carry the client’s furniture and they would be done soon. They were there for over 4 hours !
