One year ago, I got my moving stuffs 5 days later than the promised date in other state. The man who is in charge never answered my phone. Another staff got my call but she repeated he is in the meeting. When the truck came in, they asked the cash before dropping off. I tried to complain of this to the office, he never got my call again. All my family suffered with this company. We should pay more to survive for 5 days with the hotel fee, buying food, other living costs.. As I know, they have different company names. Please, be wise to choose the right company.
