I had a reservation for car seat inspection on Saturday… I thought they would be closed on weekend, but one officer worked on that on time. He is very professional and helped us to set up the car seat correctly. Although our new baby car seat was not suitable for my Lexus sport car, he could still solved the difficulty and did a big favor for us. We really appreciate that.

My husband and I had an accident 5:30AM Saturday, November 1, on our way to the San Jose Airport. Although we were not hurt, the car was undrivable and needed to be towed. Officers Alvaro and Heraldson came to our aide within minutes of our pulling the care over to the side of the road. They hastened the arrival of the AAA towing truck and then took us to the airport just in time to make our flight. They were kind, respectful, and professional. We are grateful to them and to the California Highway Patrol.

I hold the highway patrol as one of the best patrolling departments on the road today. With the crazy people out on the road I wish that we would have cameras on all our freeways highways and byways and have a dispatch crew monitoring the cameras so that we can stop these crazy drivers on the road that will make it unsafe for everyone.... And start dispatching highway patrol cars to pick up these people and get them off the road because that's the only way we're going to solve this problem there's not enough highway patrols to catch these people and with cameras we can catch them all because then we will have the cars that can be dispatched and stop these people because they will be tracked and they cannot get away and that's what I want to see eventually sooner than later.... Thank you very much for your service and keep up the excellent work, again thank you very much for protecting our roads....

The staff members and CHP officer were very friendly and gave me good insight on how to handle my situation regarding a collision. Even though they deal with people from many different backgrounds and social groups, they treated all the people that were in line with respect and understanding.
