Excellent company, enjoyed working with Dave and his team. In an industry known for price gouging and emotional appeals, Dave's pricing was very fair and he was completely reasonable as we adjusted scope. He was a great advisor. The team completed the work in one day and Dave followed up with lab results the next week. Will definitely use Dave and Christian Inc again if I encounter mold issues!

I got 5 mold quotes for the mold remediation my wife and I needed on our first home ranging all the way up to $34,000. Not only was Christian Inc the best price around, their team was FANTASTIC to work with. Dr. Dave came out to do the inspection for me and was incredibly helpful in understanding what was actually needed, what what was overkill, and what all we could even do ourselves to save money. Ryan, the project team lead was also very professional, kind, and helpful. Cannot recommend Christian Inc. enough. Keep up the Kingdom work! Thank you guys!

It started out well, David seems like a nice guy. We had a radon remediation system installed, mold remediation, and water intrusion prevention done. Immediately, communication fell off completely. We never knew when the workers were coming or going. They would arrive at 0830 and work till 1500 one day and the next arrive at 1400 and leave at 1900, or not show up at all, no phone call, we had to call David to get updates. We were told 4 days to complete the work and it wound up taking nearly 3 weeks. We would call David, and he would say "my crew told me that they were running late, or not showing up at all, etc. Then he would say, I should have relayed that to you (the customer) and kept you informed. Honestly, it never got better, it was a lot of excuses when we would have to track down information/updates from him. We had the basement sealed, a drain put in the floor, and carbon fiber bracing installed on the basement walls. Surprisingly, we had water intrusion 2 months after the work had been completed, we called another water reclamation company this time, the carbon fiber was affixed perpendicular on the wall and should have been installed horizontally, they also performed mold remediation in our basement, and my HVAC guy found mold growth in our air handler and on the wall behind it. We spent over $13k for the work performed, and we are finding out it was not done correctly. Now we get to spend more money to have it done correctly, as I will not have them back out here. They didn't do the work correctly the first time, why would I go through that again?

I had the opportunity to have Christian, Inc. professional air duct cleaners in my home. Joseph and Kayla were the ones who perform the job at an excellent level, while educating me on the importance of air duct cleaning. Both of them were such a delight to have in my home as I excitedly observed them taking care of my many air ducts. They did a fantastic job! I heavenly recommend their services, they communicated with me about everything they were going to do until the job was done. Perfect! This is the reason they have earned my authentic 5-star review.

We used Christian, Inc. to clean our HVAC ducts. Communication was clear from the first contact till the job was complete. They did a superb job cleaning out all the dust from years of buildup. The difference was obvious visually....every vent and return! We are so relieved to breathe much cleaner air.
