Chucks Moving & Delivery Service did an amazing job with my move. I had to get my hardwood floors treated and needed my furniture moved from the main level to the garage and then placed back in 48 hours. They were very gentle, did not drop, or damage any furniture. Nor did they scratch my floors. I appreciated their carefulness with my furniture and floors! I really wanted to give 5 stars but had to give 4 stars only because of having to initiate contact on both dates to determine an ETA or window after being told I'd receive a call. I waited and finally had to call to get the ETA ( both dates) because I never received a call. I needed to plan my day & run important errands. I understand things were probably busy for them but it was a bit frustrating waiting without a call. I'd consider using them again if I could confirm an ETA window prior to booking as a general courtesy. Nevertheless, they did follow through on both dates, as promised, gave great service, moved efficiently, and were pleasant!

I called 20 minutes after the arrival window to get an update on their ETA as no one had shown as scheduled. At that time, I was told no one was coming due to a family emergency. I understand emergencies happen, but Chuck had gone out of state. No one called ahead of time to let me know the service would have to be rescheduled. I had taken a day off work to accomodate the move and wasted 5 hours of my day because a simple phone call was not made. On the day that we rescheduled, Chuck arrived by himself. Whoever was supposed to assist had car troubles. Then, instead of picking up and delivering my items, Chuck decided that he would pick up items for someone else before making my delivery. I guess he decided to schedule multiple jobs in the same area for the same day, which wasn't a big deal. However, it took him all day to make the delivery as a result, and I was still charged full price. I'm incredibly unhappy with the response I received and would NOT recommend this service, especially if you have a schedule to keep or are looking for a good value.

My experience with Chuck was terrible. His men arrived on time and not ready for work. They went over by 2.5 hours for which I was charged 115 an hour. The one guy Byron was good and professional. the second Emir was sloppy and slow. I have never seen a mover more unsuited for this work. He was constantly standing around with his hands in his pockets. Banging our furniture into my walls. And just in general a bad worker. i would never recommend Chuck to anyone. He said he would send someone over to fix me damaged curio but I have never heard anything since then. I feel he owes me at least 1 hours labor and an apology.

Chucks Moving and Delivery did an amazing job! A great group of men - hard working, very professional, all around just awesome! I can't say enough about the awesome job these guys did - we will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to everyone!
