Went in for a simple inspection, I had gotten into an accident a month ago so I had a small plastic piece hanging by a zip tie, I was told that I had an option to either remove it to pass inspection or they could simply repair the vehicle. I declined service at the time to weigh my options, after I had decided to just cut the piece off and pass inspection as the end of the month approached I came back only for them to tell me that it was not an option and that I HAD to pay $800 for the repair otherwise it would not pass… went to a different dealership and passed absolutely no issues. This place just wants your cash and does not care about you. I drove 30 minutes just to have a black haired lady that clearly did not want to help tell me “you’re outta luck”. Never wasting my time or money here again. The picture is of the side of my car with the piece removed showing that there is no structure damage and that this easily would have passed inspection without it.
