I hired Cisco Mover on June 22, 21. They were suppose to arrive at 8:00am. We didn’t start till 9:20. With the stuff I was moving according to girl that helped me schedule the move and myself, moving should of taking me from bout 2 1/2 hours. It took another hour. More pricy for me. My movers seemed to not be careful at all with my furniture and belongings. The left leg or side (which acts like the leg) of my tv stand they broke it, pic below. Tv weight holding it. Scratch above sliding left door. No gloves on them and my light grey cloth material headboard with dirty hands marks. My 70 inch tv is 7 months old and they scratch my screen. Luckily not my 55 inch tv. Some My night stand they hit somewhere, pic below. My daughters new play kitchen scratched, see pic below. Lots of bad experiences on furniture. Wouldn’t hire again.

I found Cisco Movers from an advertisement on Instagram and I couldn’t be more happy! I called two weeks before my move and was able to secure a date right away. Cisco offered competitive pricing and the two movers that helped me were amazing. On moving day, Ivan and Gerry showed up on time and got a feel for what I was moving. After taking a quick inventory, they started loading the truck and took excellent care of all my belongings. Both of the guys stayed in touch with me and asked where to unload certain items. They were fast, friendly, and diligent. I’d definitely recommend this group!

The movers worked very hard but since it’s only two people they do get tired/frustrated and are not gentle on your furniture. Half of our furniture ended up with dents and scuffs. I give them an A+ for effort but a C for care. We have used professional movers for 3 previous moves and didn’t have any damage done to our furniture. Their prices are very reasonable but you get what you pay for. Previous movers sent us at least four people so I can say these 2 guys are overwhelmed and whoever is in charge is not realistic on how much 2 people can do in a day. They would do better if they surveyed homes before the move to have a better understanding of clients needs AND not overwhelm and overwork their employees. If you have nice things, I suggest you spend more money to make sure your furniture is cared for. Again, this complaint is for the owner/manager. Treat your employees better and be realistic. I hope you’re paying your guys well.

Awesome company from start to finish. When I first contacted Francisco was super helpful answered all my questions. Affordable prices. From the movers Ulysses and his partner wasn’t able to get his name but they did awesome made sure all my furniture was well protected and taken care of. Definitely calling them again and recommending them to everyone I know five stars!! Thank you guys!

I have used Cisco Movers 3 times already twice for my moving and recommended my in-laws. I love these movers they are very professional and always take care of all of our items including wrapping all of our furniture. Today Alex and Albert helped us and they were fast!
