Horrible experience. The lack of care when it came to packing our items to the level of unprofessionalism. I truly don’t understand how the behavior displayed is okay. It took them longer than it should have to pack my home mainly because the packers were constant on their phone texting and taking trips back and forth to the van they had, one of the workers was vaping inside my home. They didn’t even want to pack items and I constantly had to ask for items to be packed and personally bring the items to them. I looked in my garage and they had not even bothered to look in my cabinets and said they were done packing the garage, I was like you guys need to pack these items, it was last minute and the moving truck was already here so they just throw everything inside boxes without care. It was one of the worst experiences I have had with movers. Items were disassembled and so much hardware was lost because they had zero structure or direction and wanted to force our belonging into a truck that was already FULL. The mom and son duo working barely got anything done if anything they made things worse. We have so much damaged and broken items because of the lack of care that was displayed.

Absolute trash company. Air Force hired them to move my stuff across country almost 2 years ago still fighting. They rushed my 4 day pack into 2 days and completely forgot my backyard and attic. Didn't even pack half of my stuff. Then continued to transfer my belongings to another truck with another driver that spoke no english. Arrived a day early with this random guy and screamed in my face demanding to unload his truck without a moving crew. After unpacking there was a ton of stuff missing and very high value items completely destroyed. 4500 samsung fridge dented all up and much much more. Made a claim with my TSP and they denied almost immediately. Will be referring them to MCO. 14k in damages and they refuse. Please do not use this company unless you want your stuff broken.

Not a huge deal but the movers didn’t even give the courtesy of calling before arriving; they just showed up at my house. They were polite, though. This was a local move to transfer all of my stuff from my house into storage. The reason I’m taking the time to leave a bad review is because, upon unloading my stuff from the storage unit, my heart sank when I discovered what a horrible job they had done packing and taking care of my stuff. I provided all moving blankets so they could wrap my appliances and furniture and not have to worry about removing them afterwards. Unfortunately they didn’t really bother with them. My nice refrigerator simply had one blanket draped over it. It wasn’t taped/secured down and needed an additional two blankets to cover it completely. The hoses for my washing machine were shoved in between a bunch of heavy items. They were not stored properly inside the appliances. My treadmill was taken apart and not protected at all. The belt is stretched and dented from having heavy items stored on top of it, up against it, etc. My wooden kitchen table, kitchen chairs, bed rails, and footboard/headboard, were not wrapped at all and definitely scratched. One of my shoe racks and bookshelves were damaged as well. There were many more things I discovered but it was appalling to see all of my nice appliances and furniture moved and stored so carelessly with zero regard for making sure they were transported and stored properly. I would not recommend this company to anyone else. They do not care about your stuff at all.

Cissell did a fantastic job packing our household goods for our overseas move. We have had terrible experiences with other companies in the past with things being lost, stolen, or broken. Mike especially did a phenomenal job with carefully packing our things as well as taking inventory. We received every item with nothing broken. They actually ran out of crates for a few of our things, a brand new electric scooter was one, so they had to put it in the back of their truck and crate it later. I honestly didn’t expect to receive those items due to our past experiences, but we got them! They were very pleasant to work with.

This company loaded our household goods into crates/storage from a cross country military move and then re-loaded and delivered when we got here. No broken items, arrived on time and professional.
