had to change my moving plans last minute and ended up needing to move way more stuff than I originally planned. The crew didn’t even flinch. They stacked everything perfectly in the truck, fitting in all the extra items without me having to pay more. It was like watching them play a perfect game of Tetris! Honestly, I was worried about the cost, but these guys saved me money by using the space so well. Super impressed with their skills and professionalism!

I recently used this moving company, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before arriving at the pickup location, the driver called me to introduce himself, explain where he was coming from, and provide his estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, I was impressed with how they handled a tricky parking situation on a narrow uphill road. Despite the challenge, the driver managed to park the truck perfectly. I had a lot more stuff than anticipated 47 extra boxes that weren’t listed on the original inventory. However, the driver expertly stacked everything to fit within the estimated space, ensuring that I didn’t end up paying for extra space. They also took great care with my fragile items, handling everything with the utmost care. The team went above and beyond by protecting my home, covering the floors and doors to prevent any scratches. They wrapped all of my furniture in blankets at no extra cost, which was an unexpected but appreciated touch. Additionally, when I realized I needed two extra wardrobe boxes, they had them available for purchase, saving me a trip to U-Haul or Home Depot. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’m extremely happy with how smoothly everything went. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

Was told "You got weak boxes". Was told my things would be taped at "Warehouse"......that never happened, and he couldn't do it on the spot because it was cold outside and he literally said "Its too cold, tape doesn't work here". Absolutely mortified with this company, the time frame was not correct and when I informed them the drop off date was not what we agreed I was told by the driver "If you can't get your items I will leave them outside and you figure it out" On arrival I was charged extra to bring my items in, and it was 1 man, my bed mattress was damaged! Over all it was a horrible experience and I reported the company to BBB. Look for yourself, here are some pictures of some of the boxes. Microwave was done. In all honesty I should have read the paperwork before signing because I placed all my trust on these people and the service was terrible/horrific/bad. ALSO! they will have you sign a paper with a review BEFORE they load your belongings to transfer them, when I asked about this the guy said when my things arrived to permanent destination I would review again.......lied. DONT GO WITH THEM!

Moved from Missouri to Florida . The crew was great very professional , quick , and friendly . Would highly recommend , will definitely be using them again . Before starting the job they put down floor protection and home protection with blankets and cardboard.

On time. The crew was very communicative and professional. 10/10 for factory like packing. Thank you guys. I recommend.
