Such a wonderful experience! I've always moved myself before but this time having a toddler and work from home constraints, we needed some help. And it went flawless! Guys came on time. We packed most stuff beforehand, but little things here and there were still misplaced. Movers brought in boxes, cling wrap, bubblewrap and helped us pack everything in. They carefully packed all glass and kitchenware and it ALL CAME INTACT. Every bigger piece of furniture was secured with blankets and carton boxes, which I wouldn't think of. In just 4 hours - my semi-packed place was a semi-unpacked place at a new address. I was shocked! They even unboxed the boxes that they have helped us pack. I also found out that our crib was coming into a new place in pieces - they have disassembled it and re-assembled it for better safety while transporting without me even asking about it. Super-b service and very honest pricing.

Undoubtedly my best experience with movers - EVER. Mike was easy to communicate with. Accommodated a move that was fairly last-minute. Price was very competitive. And the service was impeccable. Alex & James arrived on time. Did a great job packing / safeguarding my furniture. Even disassembled some of the furniture!! Amazing guys. Very helpful. Very fast. And very good at what they do. I'm usually not one to feel pressured to tip, esp. for bad service. But I gave these two a super fat tip for being amazing. Next time I need to move, I'm calling Citadel. One less thing to worry about in life.

Best movers we’ve ever used! Alex and the crew did a pack-and-move for us, and were super professional, and just all-around cool guys. They didn’t try to milk the clock, they didn’t break anything, and when we had some hiccups with the new apartment not being ready for us to move into, they remained patient and improvised to get the job done. I’ll definitely use Citadel whenever I move, and I’ll proudly recommend them to friends that need movers!

Josh and Anthony saved my moving day when movers I had cancelled day of!. They were efficient, professional and COVID safe . They took incredible care of all my belongings, wrapped everything with blankets/ tape and absolutely nothing was damaged in a move that required multiple sets of stairs and narrow walkways. I can't recommend these movers more! They reassembled furniture as well. They will make your otherwise stressful move day, stress free!

Awesome service by Fred and Luis. They were on time and were very professional, helpful and patient. They made our move so easy and had the right equipments. They were really careful with our belonging and disassemble, assemble all the furniture quickly. In COVID times they followed all the safety protocol. I would highly recommend them for your future move.
