Building is aging - rapidly. This is truly, exterior wise, the ugliest building in the area. On the inside it's better... Somewhat. For some unfathomable reason, only has parking for tenants despite the plethora of businesses in the building which clients would visit. Get ready to park elsewhere. Not at all wheelchair or even mobile senior citizen accessible. The imported Ricon lift sits delapitated, covered in garbage, and has been so probably for the last two decades. If you need wheelchair access, get ready to use the parking ramp on the Upper Basement floor. Two flights of stairs just to enter otherwise. All stores on ground level have stairs leading down to them. This buildings only positives are the cheap rent, 7-11 on ground level, and the recently renovated elevators. A condo building recently opened next door also - if you work here and live there that could make it 5 stars in your eyes 😉

The aura of the place wasn't really inviting. The interior was dull. The people looked like they didn't want to be there at all. Probably the least lively place I've been to in Makati. PS: I went there for an interview.

An easily accessible location in Makati, it is near the hospital, fire station and police station. There is a mix of office and living space for rent here.

Offices..accounting..law firms..marketing firms..on line concerns are the tenants of Cityland 10 Towers 1 and 2 in Valero cor dela Costa in Makati. Pay parkingvis also available.

Old makati building... i only go here since there is a jollibee outlet and a 7-11 store on the ground floor.
