Citywide Moving Systems just moved my Mother from our family home of over 60 years to her beautiful new retirement community. They arrived on time, worked quickly and tirelessly and everything was moved with great care. She was very concerned about moving some antique family furnishings but they were treated with kid gloves. Kathy was wonderful in facilitating the move. Our movers, Jason and Tommy, were incredible and we were ready to adopt them both before the day was over. We had a fabulous experience with everyone at Citywide and would highly recommend them to others.

Moving can be such a stressful process, but Citywide Moving Systems made the move very pleasant. I cannot brag or boast enough from start to finish. In the beginning I spoke with Kathy and Rhonda regarding the estimate, then getting the confirmation. On the day of moving which was the 23rd of February, I met the 3 Gentlemen who exhibited friendliness, professionalism, and very well organized. I have never had such a move as this. No broken or scratched items, and they gave great placement ideas. Lastly when I was informed of the final price of the move, it was hundreds of dollars less than initially quote. I felt so BLESSED!!!!!! Thank you Citywide Moving.

By far the worst moving experience possible. Buyer be ware and read other reviews like ours and not the ones that are most likely friends or relatives. Use Two Men and a Truck - you will be amazed!! Where to start: Showed up with a truck that was way to small for our move. After the movers informed management that the truck was to small management had them load the truck anyways. They later showed up with a second truck and completed the load and moved part of our furniture into storage and only delivered the one truck. We were then told it would cost more than the original estimate for the second load and that we would have our items in a month. The second truck would not be delivered to us for more than three months. So we paid more than the original quote and we paid delivery people twice. (Please do not think this was a simple mistake - the delivery drivers told us this was wrong and should have been one large truck- we used Two Men and Truck which provided an estimate from storage to us. Amazing they shows up with the right trucks, number of movers, completed the job three hours early and reduced our bill by more than $1000!! Two Men and A truck were amazing!!) My wife was spoken to rudely by Rhonda Presly simply because she did not want to deal with all the issues and mistakes made by there company at the time of the move or after. They are really nice when they are trying to earn your business but could care less about your personal items once they have them. She actually asked my wife to quit calling her. Sorry for the issues your company caused and I am glad that you work for a company that will let you speak to a customer any way you choose. Movers disposed of our lava rocks for our outdoor fire pit into one of the flower beds instead of packing them. Thankfully we found them before we moved and put them in a box. None of our screws for our bedding were kept and tape or tied to the bed rails to reinstall as a matter or fact one bed is missing as we removed from storage today and all the bed frames for our kids best were busted. You can see the pictures attached. They are also Piano movers. Never allow them to handle your piano as we have a C5 Grand that is a mess from the move. Oh and we have a lamp that is busted and in pieces in a box. It had to be put in the box broken as the box has no physical damage what so ever. Never mind it’s an $800 lamp that is a matching set that goes in our master bedroom. Contacted them today and management will call us back after the holidays as to not have to fix the issues right now or address them until after the holidays. This is customer service at its finest. The fact is Citywide Moving Systems does not provide customer service!!!

Kathy in the office was very professional in answering all of my questions. The quote was reasonable. The movers did a good job, didn’t break anything, were on time and worked hard to get everything where it needed to be. They used plenty of padding and floor coverings and I felt my belongings were respected. What I ABSOLUTELY HATED was the older man that was the supervisor for the movers kept “begging” and dropping “not so subtle” hints that he wanted a tip for himself and the movers! This was a huge turnoff and could prevent someone from using your services again.

Dakota, Terry, and Marid were very nice and helpful. Everything got from Point A to Point B in great condition, and they made quick work of it on a very hot day of the year.
