Initially they were a good company to hire, crew had a good sense of humor, good timing of loading & unloading. But the crew tore up the back of our loveseat at the top and denied it. We learned a lesson that we'd like to pass on. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR FURNITURE BEFORE THEY LOAD IT AND WHEN THEY UNLOAD IT!!! I will not recommend them to anyone.

I needed HELP ! The old tub we "tried" to move went over sideways. It was SO big and HEAVY we couldn't budge the BEAST ! It was a perfect, Who ya gonna call ? moment. Claeys Bros. got the call. They stood the tub up ,the log way, tall end up ! Shuffled it over to the stairway, which is 100 years old ! and smoothly moved down the steps. Turned 90 degrees, glided through the dining room, out the front door . Breathing a sigh of relief, then wheeling it across the front porch and resting it in my pickup. So , yes , they carried the BEHEMOTH from the bath on 2nd floor , on the far side of the house down the stairs through the 1st floor rooms and set it down in my truck. ! And for an affordable price. Thanks guys , I'm very grateful. Bob N.

Hands down THE ABSOLUTE BEST moving experience EVER!!!! They are serious pros and the guys that came to load up and move everything to the new place were all super friendly and super professional. They made it look so easy. No big deal. Even the heaviest of furniture. They were ridiculously fast too. Didn't damage one single thing. Not a scratch. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and their staff. A+++++++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Claeys Brothers Moving & Storage assisted with moving all offices and contents of the county courthouse to another building across town. It was a massive undertaking with several moving parts and the entire process exceeded our expectations. The crew tore down and reassembled one office at a time which enabled us to continue service to the public with minimal interruptions. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very patient with county personnel. We definitely could not have completed this overwhelming project without the assistance of Claeys Bros and their equipment. I highly recommend their services to any business relocation project.

I had requested a quote online on a Sunday morning. They literally called me back within minutes of sending the quote. They were extremely professional on the phone. I had Marcus, Leonard and Kass come to my house to move me. They all three did an amazing job. They took great care of my items. Made sure that I had everything put in it just the right spot. I would definitely hire them in again in a heartbeat.
