Always best price in town. The gentlemen working there are fast and efficient as well as friendly. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Open 7 days a week is an A+. Purchased water pump, thermostat, and thermostat gasket for an 08 Honda Civic and total cost $70. Now, who can beat that!?!

Upon arrival the store was well organized and well stocked but what caught my attention was the customer service. Counter parts guy David was very helpful and friendly. Even though my mechanic did not know what heater hose I needed David tried his best to compare my hose with the one I needed using pictures and eventually bringing it out for me for comparison, very patient young man, made me feel welcome and safe. Will definitely come back and buy more parts from David.

Starter that I purchased 3 months ago has died on me. I knew I should’ve trusted my instinct when I saw the starter they sold me. It’s not that it didn’t look “right” per se, but purchasing a cheap starter had to have some sort of catch. What did I learn from this? But OEM. Save the time and hassle. Best of luck to all future customers.

My experience with this location isn’t very pleasant and welcoming, due to the fact that phones are answered what so ever, regarding questions on parts and pricing, second people there are very rude and unhelpful & unprofessional to Clark’s customers , they y'all and and make customers feel uncomfortable coming by the way how workers talk to customers using sarcastic jokes words like are you slow , and I have gotten a few ideas from here that they refuse to return my money back, even even though it states on their website return policy. I have gotten a car battery for a 2021 jeep, I gave them the year and make and model , when I got home to try it it wasn’t for that car , they said it was my fault for not comparing it , they choose to blame others and not admit it was their fault , and when I got a sensor that never been open or used thy response was I can’t cause it was a sensor and they don’t take returns what so ever. This location needs new staff that’s not unhelpful , rude , unprofessional to the customers thanks you ! If this had 0 starts I would of put it
