Class Pays gave me a good move from Nashville Tennessee to St Louis. Hayden and Keon were my loaders and they did a great job and were very interested in making sure I was okay with everything and satisfied. This would have been a five-star review except the unloader / deliverer on the other end, who was from a different North American office than this one, kind of dropped the ball a little bit. But all the people from this office were great and I would use them again!

These guys were GREAT. Best move we ever had! The guys were extremely punctual, neat, courteous and fast. They communicated they were on the way and when they would arrive so there was no guessing -- unlike a delivery we had the day before. They laid down special mats so they would not dirty the floor and they NEVER hit a wall or doorway. Which is a first ever in my experience. Their paperwork was incredible and they kept track of every box and reviewed with me that we received EVERYTHING. The crew could not do enough to make sure all furniture was placed just the way we wanted it before they left. Thank you so much to Hayden Ryan, Mickee, Bruce and Peanut! Hopefully the boss gives them a bonus for every great review they get. They deserve it!

Andrew, the agent, was professional, courteous, and helpful. Pam, the coordinator, checked in periodically to see how the moving process was going and made me aware of the events that were going to happen. The day of the move, the driver and the three loaders spent two hours arguing whether my belongings should be loaded directly into the van or if they should rent a box truck to use as a shuttle. I could do nothing but sit and wait. Once it was decided to shuttle, they had to leave to rent a box truck. Johnny, who drove the van and loaded and unloaded my belongings was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. The three men hired to load at the origin were unprofessional and basically thieves. They drank the beverages in my refrigerator and ate the food I had set aside for the trip to my new home, used all of my packing tape, all without my permission, and then asked me to take the driver back to a location after dark in the rain, so they could go on home. All this occurred as I had to be at the bank to complete my final loan task. One broke the leg of a vintage plant stand. The destination unload was much better. Once again Johnny the driver was punctual. The two unloaders, Andy and Robert, worked steadily and carefully. They placed my belongings as I asked. They reassembled the items that needed. They were respectful of me and my belongings. They and the driver had a professional rapport. The unload was completed in good time without a problem. Had the origin experience been the same as the destination experience, I would have given five stars. The origin experience, however, was a nightmare. North American Van Lines, I believe, needs to scrutinize more carefully the quality of workers who are hired under the company’s name. It’s a good company which charged a more than fair price for my move and the additional services it required.

Tye, Shane, and Trenton did a great job at moving our things. They were all professional and extremely respectful! They ensured that each box was right where it needed to be and very careful with each item as well when unpacking it. Everything was done in great timing too. Very quick. Me and my husband definitely recommend! They made our military move smooth and stress free.
