sergii and his co-worker removed a two-ton safe from our house in about an hour and with absolutely no damage to the tiled floor they had to haul it over or to the equipment that they had to dissemble and move out of the way (and later reassemble) to get it out. further, the price for the job was very reasonable. the former owners of our house left a six-foot-tall antique behemoth in our garage, and it took us five years to get it removed—in part because other equipment-removal companies i called wouldn't touch it and in part because we were resigning ourselves to the damage that we expected would result from getting two tons of safe rolled over a tile floor and out of the house. one of the removal companies that refused us actually gave us the number for california safes, and a week or so after i first called sergii, the safe was gone and there was *literally no damage* to our house at all. none. sergii and his co-worker used a process involving sheets of metal (i think) on the floor to ensure that nothing underneath was cracked. i am sincerely awestruck by how easy the two of them made hauling this thing out look. after the removal, sergii sent me not only a photo of our safe on his scales (i'd been curious about its weight) but also an old news article about where it had come from. evidently, our safe spent decades at a san francisco coffee company before somehow making its way into our place. overall, the customer service from sergii and california safes was above-and-beyond, and we would not hesitate to call california safes if we need something hauled or if we need a new safe. highly recommended.

Sergii and his team did an incredible job moving my super heavy safe up 2 floors. They took great care to not damage the walls or stairs when the margins for error were less than an inch on either side of the safe!
