This type of company can only be as good as their customer service. I am an interior designer and I love the convenience of having shipped merchandise opened and inspected. I used to do it myself and on even the smallest shipment, assessing damage order completeness is the hardest part of delivery. I had a client’s $6750 sofa come in with creases in the leather. This wasn’t Classics fault and was an error on the part of the wholesaler but they still took care of it. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me. I think it started with an R. He was so polished and professional. He arranged to have a leather specialist go to my clients home, treat the leather and leave him with a guarantee on the work he performed at no extra charge. Me and my client both felt special, listened to and regarded. Bravo!

Your team was fantastic! They all worked super hard unpacking, cleaning up, measuring according to the designer's floor plans, hanging mirrors and ensuring everything was correctly placed. Everyone had a great attitude and was super professional. Leroy was a terrific team leader and his team was superior...Mecca, Mike, Will, Monk and Jaday.

Classic Design really sets itself apart in logistics, customer service, and professionalism. As an owner of an interior design firm, partnering with companies you can count on is incredibly important! Leroy C., Michael S., and Meka displayed this level of professionalism I would expect from Classic design. They were incredibly polite and efficient.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. This is long, but if you need an all-star mover for a unique situation read on. All I needed was mover to move two pieces from my grandmother's house in Columbus, GA to my house in Atlanta, GA. Granted one was a piano and the other was a console with inset stereo from circa 1970. I was too small of a move for a moving company and to my surprise even a local cross-town moving service would not help me. Until I called Bulldog Movers. They also could not help me but led me to Billie and the team at Classic Design Services. Did I mention I needed it moved in 4 days? Brandon with his partners Vince and Robert met me in Columbus and loaded up my piano and console, and a table, and another table, and some plants, and some boxes. See, my grandmother had died and I unexpectedly picked up many more relics along the way. No problem for the guys, and without a single complaint they had an almost-full truck. Back in Atlanta, they unloaded, made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. May I also say the communication was top notch. They shared their numbers from the beginning of the trip so I always knew where they were. I may have them move my piano up the street and back just for old times sake! Please use this company....maybe you have a plant to move, or a box, or a table, or a .........
