An unbelievable great experience. I’ve been looking at Classic Vans website for a couple of years. About a month ago I spotted what I wanted ( price, features & year/milage). Johnathan answered my call. We had several issues & concerns that he along with Serio, Jordan and the incredible professional Gabrielle undertook to deliver us a beautiful full size wheelchair van that will serve my family needs well into the future. And this excellent team of professionals had our vehicle delivered in six days to Virginia. They take extraordinary pride in their service all the while delivering a fantastic family style atmosphere. They are just incredible!

I can not recommend Classic Vans and their team highly enough! This has been the absolute best experience I have ever had with any type of vehicle dealer, new or used. My wife and I purchased a 2013 class C Mercedes Sprinter Chassis Winnebago from Classic Vans last year, February of 2023. Our experience with them was great from the beginning and continues to be great. We just happened to drive by and saw their lot and stopped. We'd been looking for the right thing for a few years and suddenly there it was. John Carey, the owner helped us out and we felt comfortable with him from the start. They had a great limited time warranty and they completely lived up to their obligation without hesitation. There were a few problems, which is to be expected with an older used RV, but they took care of every problem without hesitation. Replaced a battery that went bad after two months, an ignition that was glitchy and took months for mercedes to diagnose, and the rooftop AC that went out. I am so grateful for the integrity and honesty of John and the organization. Marty and Sevi who run repairs and maintenance were also fantastic. They have taken care of every problem very quickly. We didn't have to wait weeks or months like at most RV places to get service. And when we have a question or an issue, I can call or email them and they'll tell me what the problem likely is and parts to replace and even help me find the part. They're shop is about two hours from us but I will always take it to them for repairs because they're so honest, reliable and quick. Classic Vans is a family run operation and we can tell because they treat us with that same consideration. Thank you!!

First & foremost, the customer service is unbeatable! Back in the 80's/90's, our family purchased a total of 3 vans, over the years. Our son's are now in their 30's. Lately, I've been thinking, now that I have grandchildren, it's time to purchase another one, and I wouldn't buy from anyone else.
