I contracted with The Clean Out King to conduct an estate sale and subsequent property clean-out at my brother's house in St. Petersburg. My real estate agent had recommended David and The Clean Out King to me, saying that they did a great job of marketing and consistently had good turnouts at very well-run estate sales. I could not be happier with the results. David and his team were extremely professional throughout. He communicated clearly so I knew what to expect every step of the way. He and his team did everything they said they would do and when they said it would be done. In the end, the total proceeds from the estate sale were more than double the best case scenario I had in mind. They are absolute magicians to have coaxed as much money as they did from what was available to sell. Two days after the estate sale, the house was completely cleaned out, vacuumed, and looked great. An accounting of the proceeds and cashier's check for my share followed promptly after that. Working with The Clean Out King was a very positive experience from start to finish. They took the stress out of handling the mounds of personal property my brother left after his passing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing these services!

Have been buying from these folks for over a decade now and as I look around my house and even the garage I can spot pieces from the king's estate sales that I bought over the years (even before the king was the king). I even bought a little camper at one of their sales it worked out great. Quality people and always fair prices. Have been to a bunch of their sales over the years have seen these guys in action always courteous and respectful. Get on their email list you can thank me now.

I drove an hour to arrive an hour early at an estate sale run by this company. I went for a particular desirable record, (and the promise of similar,) that was pictured in their listing. When I entered I was the 2nd in line at the records and saw what the 1st person did. The one I wanted was not there as well as an entire box of other records. It appears that this seller allows cherry pickers to preview the sales or they keep the good stuff to resell themselves. Very disappointed. I will NEVER attend one of their sales again.

David and his team did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job cleaning out my late uncle's apartment in a matter of days. He also gave us a more than fair price in the liquidation of all the items within as well as the cleanout service itself. David was very responsive during the entire process, and made it very easy for my family during a difficult time, and we traveled from NY to Clearwater and had a time crunch. I don't think you'd find a better team for the job. David and his team are honest, hardworking, fair and reliable. I couldn't have asked for anything more!
