Excellent experience! Dr. Daniel Reyes-Villa was my primary care doctor for over three years. He really listened and cared about my health. I never had a doctor take so much time to go over the lab results and explain each item line by line and offer recommendations to remedy each point. Dr. Daniel Reyes-Villa also suggested a few low-cost remedies for some existing conditions, and every one of them worked! His staff also deserve a shout out for its outstanding work. My insurance provider was being an absolute [not polite word] and refused to pay for my annual physical lab work. Dr. Daniel Reyes-Villa's staff didn't give up and kept on resubmitting and even consulted with the insurance provider's agent in how to get it past the gatekeepers from Haydes. Success! They stayed with me and undoubtedly took hours out of their schedule until my insurance provider paid up. Otherwise, I would have been stuck with a $750 bill! Such commitment to patients' well-being and financial peace of mind is very rare. I give Dr. Daniel Reyes-Villa and his staff my highest recommendation.

My mom used to like Dr Villa, but by the things she shared with me I always told her “mom, that is not right. He should not say that.” My mom is a 65 year old lady who doesn’t speak English, so when they spoke Spanish with her she was happy. In her last visit today, she was disrespected in his office by him, yelled at, told lies to her face about and asked to leave. Apparently, she asks too many questions and he got angry. Not professional at all, and where is the respect for elderly?

I’ll keep it short and simple. I’m a medical professional myself & work side by side with physicians regularly. I know an egotistic, condescending MD when I see one. Office staff were great. But the MD, no. I will be taking my business else where. (I did not get the medical help I needed).
