I went through the moving company Vanlinesinc, and got insurance through this company coach us moving company. The worst experience I've ever had in my life. I'm a single mother I moved 15 hours away from my hometown. I had no one to help me and this company wanted to only pay me $75.00 for a claim. A broken washing machine, my kids bunk beds, two rips in my brand new couch, my fireplace was in pieces. It's really sad and hurtful almost like a spit in the face. Only $75.00 and I would had to pay for a notary! Let's not talk about the website that is SO confusing. No calls back after you've called the company. Now I'm never a person that wrote review, but like I said before this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. Oh I forgot got the kicker, said the driver said he couldn't get in the gate (which he could have). And charge me a extra $700.00 in order for me to get my stuff, or they were going to take it back to storage and charge me an extra $150.00 for storage fee.

Crew from Coach USA Moving were meticulously professional, tremendously efficient, and completely no fuss, at a very reasonable rate! You're just charged entrenched on how long it takes for them to move and they do not squander any time. No nonsense about being charged fee for stuff you didn't tell them about, just a non-nonsense and cause hourly rate. The employees was very eager to please and professional all over the moving process. Really recommend!

The movers from Coach USA Moving were prompt, came well equipped with a ton of blankets, tape, dollys and big boxes to carry diversified items. They worked quick and correlate the move in way that took less time than it would. We had a ton of goods and they worked non stop to help us not be beyond a stated budget by a whole lot. Everything arrived in one piece. I would recommend using these guys for your next move!

They worked fast and synchronize the move in way that took less time than it would. We had a ton of stuff and they worked non stop to help us not exceed our budget by a whole lot.
