They are SCAM ARTISTS 💯 I was in a accident,. They towed my car. They said they wouldn't let us get our belongings out, until the tow and storage was paid in full for the 24hrs. Which was 470$. AND we signed the car over to them because it was totaled, and we had nowhere for it to go. 10 days after signing it over TO THEM, they sent us a bill of storage for the last ten days! Its not our car, we don't owe anything legally after signing ownership to THEM. Be weary using this company, they're lying crooks

Having experience with several of the local companies for towing and storage, I can say without hesitation, that Coast Counties Towing is the best! They are professional and excellent at what they do, and at the same time, they are fairly priced and understanding. The other companies treat people like they are nothing but hundred dollar bills. Coast County will treat you like family with integrity and sincerely help you with great customer service! Would give them 10/10 gold stars if I could!!!

I can say without a doubt this company is the best Tow Yard in the Bay Area. Nice understanding professional employees that will work with you. Honestly they make the rest of the tow yards look like trash. When my vehicle was towed by the police and it would have cost $2000 to get my vehicle this company worked with me so I didn’t lose my vehicle and everything else I own.
