They showed up on time and they got most of it done but not all. I had done a video call where I showed all of the house and the outside items. The movers complained "they aren't supposed to move this much stuff". They brought too small of a truck so they had to make 2 trips( local move, new house only 10 min from old house) they scraped the new house and my vanity. They taped up our grill and now it's ruined. Only 1 out of 3 of the movers spoke English so it was hard to communicate. We were told we would have 5 wardrobe boxes to borrow and we got 3 we had to dig out as they started packing our things on top of them. The 3 stars is for showing up on time, getting most of it done, and I know it's hard work but would likely go with someone else next time. Update- they replaced the grill, fixed the paint scratches and gave me $84 for scratching my vanity.

Our pack and move were perfect with West Coast Moving Systems. The driver and the crew arrived on the scheduled day and called with the estimated arrival time. The company also handled the storage making the transition to the final destination seamless. Yet, more importantly, a big shout out to Jennifer and Broderick. Their customer service, knowledge, skills, and talent were over the top. I highly recommend West Coast Moving Systems without reservation.
