We used Cole transportation to shuttle guests from our wedding hotel to ceremony to reception. They were very helpful and accommodating, allowing changes to the itinerary up until a week or two before the wedding as total guest counts and guest counts for the hotel changed. I didn't personally take the buses, but guests assured me that the drivers were lovely.

Parked a large van out our house. 10 feet away with music blaring and loud drunk boys and girls. Threw beer cans over the fence into our yard. Asked twice to turn down the music and all that was done was to close the door. They should have more consideration for folks who are not partying and trying to sleep.
