The movers broke furniture and didn’t have the proper equipment to disassemble or assemble furniture. They were taking turns using my Allen tool for the furniture.They left my house and my son’s bedroom in disarray. My dining room table still has the shrink wrap on itAdditional I noticed I was charged materials that weren’t used. They did no packing, I did. But they quoted me for it. There was no dish boxes but I was charged for 10. I was charged for tape and wrapping paper that was seen at the end. I used my own. Even the crew used my tape.They returned with all unused items. Many screws were broken, lost and bent. I tried to put my son’s bed back together and I couldn’t. The lost the top to my daughter’s purple ottoman. They had me sign before they put the furniture in my house and then some of the movers stopped working stating that they didn’t disassemble the furniture. I submitted a claim. I have not heard anything. I asked them to call me with no response. It was the worst experience ever. I would avoid this company zero stars but it’s not an option.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Some businesses get a bad rep and it is undeserved - this company 100% earns it’s bad reputation. Worst of the worst. They will provide a reasonable estimate to lure you in - then when they have all of your belongings loaded onto their truck and ready to unload - they will tell you that you need to pay the bill - and at that point, you will be presented a final total that is 2-3x higher than the estimate. They will hold your belongings hostage and use bullying tactics to threaten and force you to pay and if you don’t - the owner will call you, curse you out and tell you “either you f*cking pay up now, or my guys will take off, impound your things, and charge you interest every day.” The movers threw all of our things into the storage unit - many items were broken and lost. When I pointed this out, they of course denied it. I requested a insurance claim form - They never sent it. I made several calls - They stopped taking my phone calls and never called me back. Horrible company, highly unethical, unprofessional business. Seriously, this company should be shut down. If you value your belongings - your money, and your peace of mind - steer clear. I made a huge mistake bc I was desperate and thought these guys were coming to help me in my time if need when no one else was available. Nope. They came to scam and they did. Absolute, devastating, total nightmare. Big scam. Avoid. Please. AVOID.

This company is the worst. DO NOT USE. You have been warned. The guys they sent out did not tell us they put holes in the walls. They bent the washer storage base, they dropped the washer on its face. They broke the trim piece of my sleep number bed. They never said anything when they put the holes in the wall, when they dropped the washer, they said it just scratched it a little it should be fine. We won't know if the washer will work until we move into our new home 2 weeks later.

I moved over a month ago now and when I moved my movers not only damaged several things in the move such as my flat screen tvs, my bed post, the walls of my new apartment, several broken dishes etc. I have been trying to call for several weeks to get an update on the “claim” that was filed and I keep getting the run around. The receptionist is always the only one in the office and management never answers their phone. I have called at one point of time and the receptionist said that the manager knew my issue and would call me and that was last week sometime. This company is extremely shady with how they conduct business and the service was very poor, not to mention when the workers came they took over 6 hrs to move a two bedroom to only 15 mins up the road on a home that was already completed packed up. The workers took time to talk to the surrounding neighbors and took long extensive breaks as they were still on the clock while I was being charged for the service. I ended up paying over $900 for less than professional work. I am still currently waiting for them just to do the ethical thing and to pay for the tvs damaged in the move. I highly would not recommend. Update: 7 months later and they have still not paid anything for the damages nor have they compensated me in anyway possible for the damages.

ZERO STARS!!!! Absolutely terrible service. Please do not waste your time on this company. I don’t everything else had to say. They put my husbands snap on tool box without strapping it down so it essentially was a pinball knocking into every piece of furniture we own. Don't be "tricked" into using this service. They offered their "assistance" below but only offered $130 to cover the damages... that alone wouldn't even replace our patio set or even get our ottoman shampooed. Get out of here with your fake customer service.
