This review is a weird one to write. The team of movers were incredibly polite, but things fell apart and perhaps it is my fault. 2 days before the move, i was asked to move my date to a day earlier. I was not able to be home and I was hesitant but agreed as it basically needed to be done. I paid a friend to stay at my house and answer any questions the team would have on my behalf as not everything was in a box due to the move up. Proceed to the next day. My 62 inch tv is broken, and half of my house is not even brought. I specifically mentioned tools and my grills. None of which were brought along with shelves, and packed boxes. I am incredibly dissapointed and can not believe i paid 2.4k and had to rent a uhaul to go back home and move what was left. I have been trying to contact management for help with this but have fallen on deaf ears. I hope this can be resolved before this is taken to small claims court as my wife and I feel screwed. Edit I have updated this review to say College hunks never got back to me and has not returned my calls or made any attempt to help. Be warned

I had the pleasure of working with College Hunks today, and they truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment they arrived, the team hit the ground running and managed to pack over 50% of the house within the first 30 minutes! Their speed and efficiency were unmatched, with the movers taking large, organized trips to the truck to ensure everything was loaded securely. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond. One of the movers was even kind enough to take a trash load to the chute for me, which saved me some extra hassle during an already busy day. The entire process was seamless — it took them just two hours to load everything, and with the help of three polite, hardworking young men, they unloaded the truck in less than two hours as well and helped me set some things up. The team was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout, making the move much easier and less stressful than I anticipated. I highly recommend College Hunks to anyone in need of a reliable, fast, and friendly moving service. They turned what could have been a chaotic day into a smooth, hassle-free experience.

From the moment I found you online it has been a very very smooth transaction I got updates text phone call and email the week prior to I got a call 20 minutes before saying they'd be here they were here in 20 minutes very courteous very professional and the price was exactly what I was quoted they took care moving the appliance out the whole thing took about 5 minutes we will use you again and will recommend you to all our friends and family

Movers showed up on time and worked diligently overall positive experience until they told me that when moving the dresser to load into the truck the legs snapped off. I was understanding of the incident and didn't want to set a negative tone for the rest of the move. I remained positive and encouraging. When we arrived at my new apartment, my desk was destroyed while inside the truck. At this point I couldn't hide my displeasure due to over $600 worth of my personal property being directly damaged by the 'professional' movers. It was apparent that morale of the movers diminished and it showed on the team. It was obvious that there was a lack of concern for my property due to them rushing, despite being paid by the hour. My bed frame was assembled incorrectly so I had to purchase tools to assemble it correctly. Upon closer inspection of my property that the movers handled, I noticed my night stand door dented, bringing the total to over $700 in damaged property, which was the direct result of the movers. Upon alerting College Hunks' customer service of the damaged property, the Representative was unprofessional and would not provide me the insurance information for me to be able to provide receipts of the property, so they could be replaced. Despite my damaged property being well above $700, I was offered compensation for replacement of $48. As of over one week since my move, they have not contacted me again, and I've now had to purchase replacement furniture at my own cost, after paying full price for the 'professional' movers. If you value your property and expect to have professionals to handle it with care, look into other options.

The guys did a great job. Quick and hard working. They were also very polite and professional. Definitely recommend.
