We had a fantastic experience with College Hunks. Chris provided an in-home estimate and gave some very good advice and guidance when pricing out the number of movers and timing. Sean, Marcus, and Omarion showed up promptly at the appointment time and after a quick walk through to get a game plan, got right to work. I can’t say enough good things about these guys, they were efficient, communicated well, and were very considerate of our belongings. Super professional company with outstanding quality of service for the price. Absolutely would use this team again.

College Hunks did an amazing job today! Given very little notice, they were able to get us on their schedule, and we couldn’t be more pleased!! These hard-working gentlemen battled extreme heat as they loaded and unloaded furniture, pictures, mattresses, and countless boxes…without an elevator! Shout out to Chris, Hassan, and Ethan for their outstanding work. They were so friendly and polite. We highly recommend College Hunks!

Had a less than ideal experience moving apartments with this company. After 20 minutes of them arriving, one of them was on their phone, not moving anything. They said they could handle it, so we went to lunch to get out of their way. Upon returning… There was a third person there moving things. We were charged for this and find it to be very displeasing that there was no communication that a third person was necessary. Some of our items were broken and they took down art (without our permission) which they were obviously uncomfortable with looking at. It was very clear they were trying to take advantage of us, especially after we talked to two people in the office and customer service. All they said was, “…our procedure is that the guys who come to the appointment don’t read the paperwork before, and if they need a third person, it’s within policy to call them in. Thanks for the feedback.” As a customer, you have a right to know if your bill is going to be $500 more than what was quoted and what you agreed to during the booking of the appointment. Last I checked, $500 is not a small amount of money. They didn’t seem to care and offered no solutions moving forward other than that they appreciated our feedback.
