Having moved several times with the military, I can confidently say this was my best experience yet! Initially, I had my doubts about how it would all turn out, but Jeff Membreno and his team truly worked a miracle. Despite issues with my loading dock reservation—originally supposed to be available all day but only granted a short window—they planned everything perfectly to get the job done. My building’s layout added another layer of complexity, requiring access to two elevators to reach the loading dock, but this wasn’t a problem for them at all. Additionally, we faced an unexpected issue with parking due to a delay with garbage removal, but Jeff and his crew remained incredibly patient and flexible, handling the situation with ease. They managed to pack and load all my belongings in under six hours. Their attention to detail was remarkable—they handled everything with such care, especially the items I’d mentioned were particularly special to me. In hindsight, their meticulous approach made it clear that every item was treated with equal importance. When everything arrived, it was in pristine condition. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience!!!!

I had an urgent need for a business move with a three day turnaround and one involving scheduled loading dock times on both ends, involving sensitive electronic equipment. Kevin was my point guy and was the figure of professionalism every step of the way. The costs were clearly explained and very reasonable. Would definitely hire Collins Brothers and Atlas Van Lines again.

Extremely poor service and professionalism from start to finish. Shipment was split in two and arrived over 10 days late. 75% of the boxes were destroyed or severely damaged. Made numerous phone calls to the management that received no response. Definitely not worth the high prices. Go elsewhere.

I’ve moved way too much and Collin’s Brothers and Moving Storage has far above been the best moving company I’ve ever used. It’s saying a lot because I’ve lucked out with some pretty great movers (and some not so great). They were efficient, communicative, responsive to feedback, took care of my household goods and my house (even though it was a three story townhouse with tight corners). They took care to protect everything they moved and walls with tight spaces. They were also shockingly fast! Hands down, best moving company I’ve used.

This was my first experience with Collin’s Moving and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for moving and storage at any level. They were extremely helpful with my 400 room hotel renovation in Arlington. Their staff was extremely helpful during this challenging renovation. I personally visited their warehouse and was extremely impressed with all of their staff. Deliveries were always on time, always received accurate inventory updates with zero damages to product. If I’m ever in the Va area for any future renovations Collin’s is my go to company. Thanks so much guys!
