AVOID; Fantasitc quote but underpriced on purpose to get the works, but then conteiners prices 3X, delays in export/import not in their control 2X, costumer service (Maria specially) hand-off on E2E service, if arrived to destination port no longer reponsible? really? I have 5 times across the world and this is the worst service I have ever had... I suggest to avoide.... see one of many many examples..

Moved into my first home and used Collin’s Movers. The care and attention given to my items was great. All my house plants made it over to my new place without any damage. Highly recommend

Avoid at all cost! Handling was professional BUT contacting the head office staff was terrible and the partner company in the Philippines is the worst (received my belongings after 2 months due to extortion). I have reported the case to their management but couldn't help since payment was already received? Terrible company to deal with. Never again. ---- Since I am not able to comment on their reply, I wish to add my message here. The reaponse is TOTALLY A LIE. I had ALL DOCUMENTS READY and paid dues on time. This company is totally unreliable, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST.

Do not go with this company ever...they are thoroughly unprofessional...a lot of damages and they have no concept of caring for the property that is being shipped and staff is inexperienced.....staff do not look like they undergo any training whatsover....plus they will sell you insurance that you will find it extremely hard to claim (essentially selling you a dummy policy)....they are simply not at the level of a professional moving company. We made the mistake of choosing this company for a move from singapore to melbourne and are still trying to get our damages claimed through the insurance they have offered - the insurance they offer is not worth the paper it is written on....do yourself a favour and go with a more through professional company- we went with them because they were slightly cheaper and we are regretting the decision tremendously. Their local partners at destination are as bad if not worse and I have provided a separate review on that company. My advice - choose a better partner to take care of your move. This is a response to collin movers reply to my original post above. the message tries to make it seem like everything went fine...IT DID NOT....the insurance claim process for example is purely set up by their insurers to frustrate potential claims...eg. if i had an issue i needed to engage my own handyman or expert to certify that the item was not repairable..THIS HAD TO BE AT MY OWN COST without reimbursement, so in most cases it is not worth the effort to make the insurance claim as the chargeout rate for a person to attend just to provide certification could outweigh cost of the claim- there were many instances where I had to forego the claim because of this. when i made my insurance declaration, i listed by bed as $800 but collins staff changed the value to $80 which meant my claim was limited...I find some of their staff especially one not particularly trustworthy as a few times what she said and her actions are the opposite...I am confident that this company cannot be engaged to do international moves...they are at best a local mover...again I reiterate do not use this company even if this is the last one around...just move it yourself! The claim that the insurance company that they use is used by most other movers is simply factually inaccurate....the likes of allied pickfords, asian tigers etc do not use this dodgy insurance company- we have move several times and never has the process of the move fraught with so much difficulty and it down the the level of professionalism and standard of service provided by Collin's. If you believe the response from Collin's please engage them at your own peril...you will regret it for sure just like my family. The settlement delay had absolutely nothing to with Co-Vid 19 or the fire outbreak- it was purely down to delay by the insurers as part of their process to frustrate any claim being raised. Please see google reviews for ITI Insurance company based out of Irvine California that Collin's engages- you will see that my story is not the only one where there is a lot of comments on the methods of frustration employed by ITI Insurance. Again this is not the insurance company that most moving companies in Singapore use. It is simply a misleading statement.
