This is a really horrible company. They have been lying to me for a week about when my shipment will arrive. Every time I call them - and it takes an hour to get through - the answer is always the same - "Tomorrow" After having the shipping broker prepare all the proper paperwork that they required, they agreed to release the shipment to me at the terminal, a two hour drive from my place of business they were supposed to deliver to - but would not give me the terminals phone number. I was informed that it was "against the companies policy to give out their terminals phone numbers." I ran factories in China for 16 years and never - not once - did I ever have such exceptionally bad service. Actually, no service at all! You have been warned!
