This company is AWFUL. They upped our moving costs 4-5 times to ship a 10x10 storage across country. They boxed things that didn’t needed to be boxed adding to the costs of our move and upon receiving our items, a brand new bookshelf that has never been used was completely broken, multiple shipping containers we had bought a month before the move were broken, our vacuum was broken and appeared they had tried to super glue it back together. We purchased a new mattress (~$2000) and an adjustable frame ($800) March 18, 2024 and was picked up by this company April 30, 2024 also was damaged; dented frame, tears in the fabric of the frame and a tear in the mattress. The last thing my husband has from his father is a pin board of hot wheel cars they were collecting together and was wrapped in safety wrap, also came damaged. I think the cars was the tipping point. I wouldn’t suggest this company to ANYONE. Even the car shipping company they suggested was no good. The driver didn’t pick up or deliver our vehicle as close to our door as possible but instead made it easier for himself, was a day late picking up and dropping off our car and made us and 5 kids wait telling us he would be at the drop point at 10:16PM (we called at 9:50PM letting him know we were there) but then not showing until 11:38PM. Then tried to charge us $250 extra because of some clothes we had in the car (a fee that wasn’t a part of our contract). The driver stated that he had a contract stating the extra charges and upon delivery we asked him if he could show us his contract stating that. He immediately got hostile with us and said he was going to load our car back onto the truck and police had to be called out. Just our WHOLE moving experience with this company AND it’s affiliates has been AWFUL. I, again, wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! The moving team was professional and updated us throughout the process. The packing team was quick and efficient and nothing was broken or lost when it arrived across country. They did a good job delivering to the two locations we needed the items to be delivered to. They didn't charge us any more than what they said they would and actually when they weighed our items on the truck we got a slightly discounted price because we weighed a bit less than the estimate. We found this to be very ethical. Also, we got estimates from 5 total national companies and this was by far the least expensive. They also packed us up in one day while all the other estimates had it taking two days and charging extra for packing on a Saturday, which Ace did not charge extra for. We are thankful that there were no stressful parts of this process.

The guys at Ace exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. Eric provided our initial estimate quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and even let us know that they had gently used boxes that we could use. This was a big cost savings for us. We got several other estimates, but Ace felt like the best choice. When we went to the warehouse to pick up boxes, the security man and the guys at the warehouse were extra friendly and even helped us load up the boxes into our vehicle. Kelly kept us up to date with the schedule of when the driver, David, would show up. David was friendly and arrived with an upbeat crew. They did a terrific job of getting our things packed up and safely puzzled in the truck. In addition, they also hired a third-party crating crew that packed up some glass and art in wood crates. In the midst of our move, we had to make a slight change to our schedule. The whole team accommodated our needs. Everything arrived safely at our new destination. I have moved many times over the years and experienced a number of disappointments with moving companies, but this didn't happen with Ace. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you're searching for a moving company, I highly recommend the Ace and Atlas team! Wow! The customer service and quality of their work was exceptional.

From Eric at the estimate, to Nate and his workers, everything was perfect. Great experience and would highly recommend. Made me feel confident in my choice and the safety of all my belongings.

We have used Atlas in the past and were happy with our previous move, but Ace Relocation left a lot to be desired compared with our previous experience. Overall, they got out stuff moved and within the timeframe they told us (although it was the last possible day). Their packing job, however, was extremely rushed and poorly done. We had numerous broken items but, more than anything, they just threw things together that made no sense and made the unpacking process much more difficult. Things that were previously organized were strewn across multiple boxes. A hand-painted canvas had a shoe rack stuffed inside of it to save on space. A glass-framed painting was packed with zero padding. Eric was very helpful for our quote and planning process. Rex and his crew were great for the transport and unpacking process. No idea what happened on the packing end, but it was a disappointment.
