If you are in the military and are told this company is going to move you, get it changed. In over seven moves with the military, this company has been the worst. Not only do they not care for your things when they move them, they do not show up on planned delivery days and when they do, the driver doesn’t have movers, leaving you to unload the truck. They not only broke many of our things, they lost items from pick up to deliver at the warehouse. Avoid this unprofessional organization!

Horrible!! They just toss your stuff in a box including Xbox, camera, telescope, etc. They are very unprofessional. A lot destroyed and missing. They even delivered someone else's belongings to us. Not sure how this company is still in business. If you want to avoid the most stressful time ...Stay away!!

I would give NEGATIVE STARS if I could! Worst moving experience ever! From poor planning, scheduling, poor packing, to nearly $18,000 in damages to our household goods, not including damages to our new rental home! Packers wrapped heirloom antiques in a single sheet of paper and crammed them into boxes with other heavy items, while my $5 plasticware was wrapped in dish pack?! For delivery, the movers arrived several hours late and all moaned and groaned when I did the walk through with them. Complaining under their breath about how big the house was and the fact that we had a two story home. The driver did not plan ahead and got stuck at the end of our no-outlet street while trying to turn around a SEMI! The front passenger tire literally came off of the axel and gouged the street which delayed unloading for almost 5 hours! Huge inconvenience especially when you're juggling childcare in a new city on top of it all. The movers scuffed and smudged many walls and scratched wood floors, soiled newly cleaned carpet from dragging items, soiled furniture items from sitting on them and dragging them on the ground (both indoors and outdoors), and DROPPED several large/heavy furniture items off of the truck while unloading! Since our moving truck arrived locally before we did, all of household goods were CRAMMED into many crates. They literally broke and folded solid wood items in half and stacked heavy items on delicate antique items just to make it all fit! A large family antique heirloom wardrobe was dismantled into 10+ pieces, terribly damaged and they were unable to reassemble it! I was literally in tears! Delivery took three separate, non-consecutive days and they "forgot" to delivery a 12 foot kayak because they "overlooked it". Hence, a third delivery day. Not sure how you overlook a 12 foot kayak?! I UNPACKED and put away close to 75% of the boxes over the two days of unloading. They moaned and groaned on the second delivery day when I indicated that they would be doing a complete unpack and furniture reassembly. This is extremely unprofessional considering the company is automatically paid to provide this service! (Don't let them convince you otherwise!) I was extremely frustrated considering I had already done the majority of the unpacking and was still frantically running around our new home trying to get stuff unboxed and put away...while it took several men in one room to unpack a couple boxes and 3-4 men in another room to put beds together. Lazy! They saw how hard I was working and literally decided to stand around and let me do the majority of WHAT THEY WERE BEING PAID TO (not) DO. They were literally standing around watching each other while I was busting my butt! Furniture was poorly reassembled and baby crib not even completed. Now, I am always as accommodating as I can be (in an empty house) and provide lunch/water, but it seemed as if it was EXPECTED, which I did not appreciate. Now, we are left with a garage full of damaged goods, replacing items out of our own pocket and will still need to settle with them to repair the damages to the rental home so that we are not liable for them when we move out. Yes, they delivered and unloaded our items. Yes, we had a house full of furniture and boxes to unload. Yes, some of the items were heavy. Yes, some of the gentlemen had nice manners. This is the job that they chose for themselves. Don't be unprofessional and lazy and complain...I didn't choose this job for you. Overall, the job was atrociously executed. Like I said, worst moving experience EVER! For anyone who thinks military families are "entitled" or have it "easy", think again! Imagine dealing with the mental/physical/financial/emotional stress of a terrible situation like this every few years and having your precious family antiques and heirlooms completely destroyed! They don't give a damn about your things. For the majority of the crew, they outsource and hire "helpers" literally the day before delivery. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS! I pray they do not use this company for our next move!

Wow. Moved cross country with the military and most of our belongings are destroyed. Tossed a laptop computer into a box with a bunch of other stuff with zero wrapping and it broke. Damaged couch, nightstand, bookshelf, bar chair, broken grill, the list goes on. Tossed craft paint untaped and unwrapped in with a box of my daughters baby book and other photo books. Disgusted and heartbroken. Run. Edited to say the movers who packed our belongings also stole from us. Filed a police report and they will no longer talk to us. Whoever answers the phone has issued no apologies and treats you like you’re the one who did something wrong. I don’t understand how this company is still in business.

Movers showed up 3 hours late, did not properly cover the floors and scratched our newly refinished hardwood floors. After pointing out that the floors were scratched they stopped working went to thier truck and refused to finish placing and assembling the furniture. We currently have furniture stacked in our living room. When my husband was going over the paperwork with driver, the other movers were honking the horn of the truck. Very unprofessional and lazy workmanship. To top that off we have line items missing from the inventory and an entire mattress and boxspring missing. Worst moving experience ever.
