Overall we were very pleased with the CNAs Community Angels provided. For a while we were getting a different person every time which didn’t help me as I was always spending time training a new person. But then we got a good experienced person which made my life as a caregiver much easier. I could trust and rely on this person to take good care of my husband. This person was also amenable to our schedule that we greatly appreciated. We would recommend Community Angels to anyone who needs help taking care of their loved ones. Most importantly they are flexible and will work with your schedule and the budget. Additionally, Stephanie who was a consistent CNA, she took interest in my husband’s well being and comfort. She suggested several items such as handle for car door for making getting in and out of car easier; suction pump and catheter for nighttime which made our life so much easier. My husband got good nights sleep as didn’t have to get up to go to the bathroom and so did I. There were other suggestions but these for were the best as they improved our life. So THANK YOU!

Community Angels was very accommodating to our needs. However, I had to train many of the aides how to care for my bedridden mother, especially the bi-weekly weekend aides. Fortunately, we had a very reliable and caring daily aide that became family.

Stanley's dedication goes above and beyond; he not only assists me with tasks but also checks on me regularly, even on his days off. His compassionate care has transformed my life. Stanley's genuine concern and treatment of me like family have lifted my spirits and alleviated my depression. Under his care, I've not only regained a sense of happiness but also feel healthier overall. It was such a comfort to have this company send us the help we needed most, at this time of our lives. Jasmine, the director of business development, was there to expedite everything we needed in a professional and timely manner. She was amazing, empathetic and personable, whenever and whatever I needed for my family member. If everyone works with such wonderful work ethics like Jasmine this world would be a nicer place. Tarere, the client coordinator, was also great to address any issues with the home health aides. CANS, INC take patient care and family input a priority to what they stand up for. If there was any problems Tarere was there to address it immediately. Also special thanks to Brigette, home health aide, who truly was an angel each time she entered our home.
