I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service provided by this moving company. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. They managed to turn what should have been a simple relocation into a chaotic disaster that left me frustrated, furious, and utterly disappointed. Of note, I am a real reviewer with hundreds of reviews. All those 5 star reviews are fake accounts. Look at them. They have 1-3 reviews of the same companies. This company then tries to delete the negative reviews and are successful sometimes so keep posting negative reviews. First and foremost, their complete lack of professionalism was evident from the moment they arrived. Instead of one team of movers, we were subjected to a revolving door of different individuals who clearly had no idea how to handle furniture and belongings properly. It was like they had picked up random people off the street and handed them our valuable possessions to be manhandled and mishandled without any care whatsoever. To say that they were reckless would be an understatement. They managed to break not just one, but several pieces of our furniture, leaving them in irreparable condition. Boxes that were labeled as fragile were treated as if they were indestructible, resulting in shattered glassware and damaged electronics. It's as if they had a personal vendetta against our belongings. We had several thousand dollars worth of damages. But the lies and deceit they attempted to perpetrate are perhaps the most infuriating part of the entire ordeal. Despite having GPS tracking on our belongings, they had the audacity to claim that our items were en route and would arrive at a certain time, only for us to discover that they were nowhere near our location. It was a blatant attempt to mislead us and buy themselves more time to cover up their incompetence. Communication? Nonexistent. Accountability? A foreign concept to them. It was a constant battle to get any kind of information from their side, and when we did manage to get someone on the phone, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It was as if they had already given up on providing even a semblance of customer service. In the end, our experience with this moving company was an absolute disaster that left us not only with broken belongings and lost time but also a profound sense of regret for ever entrusting them with our move. If you value your sanity, your possessions, and your overall well-being, I implore you to steer clear of this company at all costs. They are a prime example of everything that can go wrong when a business lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic competence. We've reported them to the BBB and police.

Last July I moved from Daytona Beach to Tennessee. I should’ve known this company was going to be crooks from the beginning. They hire people off the street and have one main guy. They make promises about a three day turnaround to bring my belongings to Tennessee. It took 10 days. Many sturdy boxes were busted. Dishes, broken, parts of my brass bed missing which can’t be replaced. They lost my 46 inch TV that they packed, how convenient. I have made phone calls, I have sent emails to no avail. I went through there very tedious, long drawn out Appeal process to report everything. Sent pictures and their appeal process offered me $95 compensation. I refuse that and countered. They countered with $125. I refuse that. I have contacted their office staff several times. No response. I am poor anyone looking for movers. Do not hire this Company!! They are liars and crooks.

Absolutely the worst move experience I have ever had. Probably one of the worst experiences of my life to be honest. Any nightmare move scenario you can imagine happened on my move. This company will greatly under quote you, then wait until you are loaded and charge you double. $6500 quote, then $12,500 afterwards. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to lock you in. I told Ashlie many times a 25 ft truck was too small, and my belongings would fill every inch of this truck and to quote it as such. She quoted 13 feet of truck space for a 3-bedroom home, what a joke. They will hold your goods hostage if you refuse to pay. Also, I had to leave a lot behind in my storage unit. Truck too small as I stated many times. Ashlie promised my goods would be delivered to my new home on the date I requested, or within a day of my requested date. No, it was delivered 10 days later, and at 11:45 pm, finished at 2:45 am. They tell you after you are loaded, it can be up to 21 business days after your requested delivery date. Who wants to wait a month for their goods to be delivered? They hire local help off Craigslist for the move in. I'd say only one guy knew what he was doing. The driver barely pitched in to help. There wasn't a piece of antique furniture that wasn't scratched up or broken. Boxes and totes smashed in. Truck pack was unprofessional and just thrown in. They advertise BBB on their website. Grade F is for sure. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB, and any other place I can. Stay away and don't believe the fake reviews on here.

My experience with Community Van Lines was a home run from start to finish. Scott was very knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable and realistic quote. My movers Tim and Matt were on time and took great care with my belongings. I will be recommending them to all my friends who have any big moves coming up in the future!

I warned everyone about this company. It's been 9 months since they moved my furniture. This message is for Community Van Lines. Remember Karma, it has a way of coming back. Your poor performance has earned you poor reviews. You don't deserve 3.3. What you deserve is to be closed down for good. Stop ripping good folks off. Attention America, this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
