Great moving company! Helen, the coordinator, is very nice and responsive, answering all questions we may have. The movers (Robert and Sou) are friendly, and especially huge kudos to Sou! Compass Relocation Review for Compass Relocation Avoid at All Costs! We hired Compass Relocation to ship our items from Vancouver to Portugal, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Initially, we were promised an estimated shipping time of 10-12 weeks, but it ended up taking a staggering 26 weeks! To make matters worse, we were hit with additional fees (not customs, duty, or taxes) just to get our items shipped. The communication was abysmal throughout the entire process. We were constantly misled, given false information, and outright lied to. It was nearly impossible to get any straight answers or updates on our shipment status. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Our experience with Compass Relocation has been nothing short of a disaster. We would NEVER use their services again and strongly urge others to avoid them at all costs. STAY AWAY from Compass Relocation!

Amazing service. staff provides the complete document for custom clearance and door to door service. All the boxes are in good shape when I receive them. And the delivery staffs are so nice and careful with the moving.
