Overall worth the money. Arrived about 45 minutes late which was a bummer as I was on a time constraint, had a few things broken after they offloaded everything and they sent a truck which was bigger than what I asked for. But they were very efficient when they were here and the price was the lowest that I could find (cash only).

They were very communicative from day 1. I had asked them to move the day a couple of times, they were very adjusting. On the day of the move, they had arrived 15 mins early. It was pouring heavy, but that didn't slow them down. They were very quick and efficient. Although most of the stuff were already packed in the boxes by us, they took care of wrapping the items properly that were lying around, like sofa, mattress. We had a lot of items for a one bed apartment, and was moving from San Jose to Morgan hill. The entire move was done in 3.5 hours which was pretty fast. In the new home, they made sure to use the red carpet and then cleaned up too before they left. All in all, I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend. The price I paid for the move for the work delivered was way lesser as compared to some of the other movers that I was negotiating with.

My wife usually dislikes movers, but this time she was thrilled. Past movers were strong but careless, assuming efficiency equaled good service. They ignored our requests for neatness. This crew was slim but clever, paying attention to details that made our move seamless.

Michael & team were fantastic to work with. I've worked with them twice and they take extra care of everything they touched - they were communicative, arrived on time, took shoes off / wore covers indoors, wrapped everything nicely and carefully, and were very efficient (which is great since they charge by the hour) and professional.

Great service. On time. That too on a rainy day when others refused. Finished more than 40 plus boxes and were very careful and considerate of the placements. They also set up floor mats to ensure now scratches were there. Will highly recommend
