Mario, Max and Antonio were amazing! 3 man crew and 1 truck really showed how it's done. They disassembled, reassembled all of our beds and couches, boxed up the tvs all with ease. I will recommend these guys to anyone looking to move. They got the job done perfectly!

Condor quoted us a price $12,988 and we ended up paying $25,948. Attempts to resolve this issue have led to changed email addresses and phone numbers so I cannot resolve issues. Bought the Insurance for $1,500 and the arbitration process to no success. Lost our outdoor concrete table and broke the legs off a 1950’s console stereo. Our 10th move and by far the worst experience of my life. There are hundreds of reviews just like mine. Please do not use this company I was hoping we were done with this nightmare but It just will not stop. All I want is final check so I can sleep at night. Apparently Anthem Insurance is not going to pay the original amount because they purposely drug the process out through an fake Arbitration process. Why am upset with Condor is because they are the ones recommended Anthem and appear to be part of the scam. I looked up Anthem’s address in Arizona and it Is a home in a residential home. If you do not believe me, check their review and Better Business Reviews

Condor helped me move out of a 3 story townhome into our new home recently. All I can say is the service was beyond excellent! Not only did they move me out without any complaints, but they were courteous, careful and professional the entire time. The own even showed up to check on us at the new home during delivery! 10/10 would recommend!

Title: Mixed Experience - Beware of Delivery Service Move from Midwest to Northeast. I had a mixed experience with Condor. While the packing guy, Mario, did an amazing job, handling my belongings with great care and efficiency, the rest of the service left much to be desired. Five stars for Mario. The worst part was the delivery service, which was handled by a different company or person. They were disorganized and careless. A few of my items were damaged. The delivery driver came with a few unprofessional laborers who did not seem trained for moving service. In summary, while the packing was done well, the terrible delivery service made for a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would recommend finding a company that can handle packing, picking, and delivery by the same company.

Even though the broker who connected us promised a flat rate, Condor demanded $4k extra once all my possessions were on their truck. This after they tried to come a week early. They brought my possessions a day late to the wrong address. And then demanded more money before they would unload claiming they didn’t know the new house had stairs even though that had been communicated. Also they lost the legs and hardware to our beds (despite setting up the beds being in the contract), and we slept on air mattresses for weeks while we searched boxes for them. Then despite trying for months to submit my claim for thousands of dollars of damaged and missing items and letting them know their online form wouldn’t accept enough submissions, I heard nothing for months until after the 9 month window for claims had passed. And now I’m told I’m completely out of luck. I’ve been trying to work with them for a full year.
