This is a good company to work for. The equipment is new and well maintained. Management is honest and doesn't waste time on trying to make things sound better than they are. They never contact me unless there is a problem, or a change to my route. Easy communication with dispatch through the app and if you do your job and work safely things usually go very smoothly. It is trucking after all, and things happen all the time that effect the job, but for the majority of the time my schedule is very regular and accommodating. I have a 3 hour round trip commute to work and back home, and Conner has been great. They've even put me up in a hotel when I have run out of hours and the commute home (through morning Los Angeles rush hour traffic) would be impossible for me to do. I could go on, but just know it's a good company. Small enough to know my name, big enough to keep me busy every day.

I have worked for many different companies over the years and have never had a better experience then working at Conner. Your treated like family which actually makes work enjoyable. The equipment is excellent and the communication fantastic. Very positive atmosphere!

I've been with Conner Logistics for 1 1/2 years. Good company, good communication. Very laid back. If you do your job theres no problem. Get paid on time and the trucks are new. I love working here.

This company is a joke. They called me for an interview Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon comes, I get offered the job. They wanted me to start the very next day. However, during the interview I told Mark (Manager) I have two children and couldn't start Thursday but am willing to start Friday. I needed a day to arrange the childcare. They said ok that's fine. Can you start Friday, I said sure. Come Thursday afternoon I receive a text stating "thank you for your interest, we have decided to move forward with another candidate".
